Description
An ancient watchtower from the early 1500s located in the pedestrian zone of the city. The tower offers elegant accommodation in the square where the famous Christmas markets take place. All major attractions of the city, as well as the university, court and Muse, are easily accessible on foot. The property has been completely restored and offers soundproofed rooms with wooden floors, antique furniture, flat-screen TV, coffee and tea machine, centralized air conditioning and splendid views of the city. Easily accessible by car, it offers a public parking lot for a fee less than twenty meters from the property. The café on the ground floor will be happy to prepare excellent breakfasts or serve you with aperitifs. We also recommend tasting excellent local grappa in the evening quiet of the square.

You may cancel your booking up to 2 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night’s stay

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

I would say it's a good facility both for the service and the location. The only flaw is the noise of the guests slamming the entrance door even at night and the soundproofing of the rooms. Overall, positive judgment.

The location was perfect, right on Piazza Fiera where the Christmas market was. The room was beautiful and modern, with a comfortable bed and pillows, lovely white linens. The bathroom was modern with a very large shower. Only essential toiletries were provided - shampoo, body wash, and shower cap. There was no robe or slippers. The breakfast was minimal but nice, croissants, strudel, toast, cheese, meats, yogurt, juice, and coffee. Check-in is at 2:30 and checkout at 10:30, with the option to store your luggage. It is located on a major shopping street. I would highly recommend it.

Abbiamo soggiornato settimana scorsa in questa struttura per due notti infrasettimanali e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La location è affascinante e piena di storia. Purtroppo non abbiamo usufruito della colazione nella bella sala colazioni al quarto piano visto che c'erano pochi ospiti e quindi l'abbiamo consumata al bar (stessa gestione) su richiesta. Per questo motivo non sappiamo cosa preveda la colazione standard. La camera camera era pulita e ben arredata, i gestori molto cordiali e gentili. Posizione eccezionale nella piazza dove c'è anche un parcheggio in convenzione. Ottima esperienza

Posto spettacolare, comodissimo il parcheggio, in pieno centro. Struttura bellissima, ordinata e pulita, con cafe/bar al piano terra. Bellissima la camera, arredamento stupendo e molto molto spaziosa. Ottimo il buffet della colazione per essere un B&B, esperienza veramente positiva, lo consiglio caldamente.

Ottima la posizione della struttura e l'accoglienza dello staff. Le camere, arredate con gusto, sono comode e silenziose. Situato in zona ZTL, offre la possibilità di usufruire di un parcheggio convenzionato situato a pochi passi dalla struttura a prezzo convenzionato. Lodevole il fatto che accettino il bonus vacanze.

Abbiamo soggiornato con la nostra famiglia in questa struttura molto bella, ottima posizione strategica, la pulizia delle camere é stata impeccabile e la cortesia davvero di nota. La colazione, servita in cima alla torre, l con un panorama favoloso, era ricca e varia. Torneremo sicuramente. Rapporto qualità-prezzo giusto.

Siamo stati molto bene anche per la posizione centrale della struttura e quindi molto comoda per raggiungere il centro a piedi. Torneremo senz'altro anche per la squisita gentilezza di Natalia.
