Positive reviews convinced us to book a 2-night stay in June 2023. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a girl who illustrated the features of the apartment to us. Left alone, after a reconnaissance, we realized the neglected state in which the apartment lies: dirty door jambs and doors, tangles of wires and multiple plugs put haphazardly, to the point of not understanding where the refrigerator is connected to turn it on. The bathroom, aside from the well-cleaned fixtures, had stains and white streaks on the tiles, let's skip what we found under the shower drain cover, as well as signs of rust (or dirt?) leaking from the windows. Wardrobes lacking hangers to hang clothes, half-dangling blackout curtains because they lacked the necessary velcro, entrance handle of the room that broke off at the first opportunity. Truth be told, the sheets and bath linen provided were perfect, but everything else described above left us with an unpleasant feeling during our stay. The breakfast, described as a strong point, consisted of fresh products like one croissant each, a cake, and some fruit. No trace of the famous homemade bread by the owner Jonathan (an abstract entity, never seen during our stay) so much described in reviews by other guests. Everything else was packaged food, local discount jams and juices, far from the standards of other structures (4) of the same price we visited during our Sicilian stay. I hope now that the owner doesn't come back saying, "You should have told us and we would have fixed it": we are not talking about hidden defects or minor shortcomings like a burned-out light bulb, but important details that are immediately noticeable and need to be remedied immediately, not "upon request" or "by complaint". But I believe it's been quite a while since the apartment was inspected by the owner as it's impossible that no one has intervened to remedy. It's not enough to clean the fixtures and change the sheets to rent an apartment, but those who stay have the right to clean and orderly accommodation in all its components. We regret reviewing this structure so negatively, but I hope it can help improve the quality standard for future guests.

Ho già avvisato chi di dovere. Per quanto riguarda la mia presenza in struttura, per quest'anno non sarò fisicamente al B&B, sto lavorando all'estero e purtroppo non potrò essere presente. Ho lasciato in carico delle persone molto valide, sono sicuro quindi che con piccoli accorgimenti la struttura sarà gestita nel miglior modo possibile (anche grazie ai commenti degli ospiti, come in questo caso). Le auguro una buona giornata e spero di rivederla presto

The road to reach the BuenaOnda B&B may not be the most comfortable and easy but it's definitely worth it. An oasis of peace not far from the beach managed by Jonathan, a kind, very helpful person with excellent knowledge of the area and surroundings, ready to give advice on any type of activity. Fresh croissants and a different homemade cake every morning. Clean room equipped with every comfort (wifi, air conditioning, refrigerator, etc.). In short, I don't think I need to add anything else... Thanks again Jonathan and see you next time!

Struttura immersa nella campagna di marina di ragusa, a 5 minuti dal centro in macchina, silenzio e tranquillità fanno da sottofondo a questa location. La struttura è molto carina e pulita, perfetta per una vacanza da mare. Oltre a al giardino c'è anche una piscina che ti permette di fare un ultimo bagno prima di andare a dormire. La vista dalla terrazza è stupenda cosi come la colazione, abbondante e buonissima. Jonathan un fantastico host simpatico e disponibile.

Ottima ospitalità, in una bella casa in cui serenità e tranquillità regnano sovrane grazie alla cortesia ed alla grande disponibilità delle persone che nemmeno l’arbitraria chiusura della strada da parte di lavori stradali sono riusciti a fermare.

Partiamo con il dire che trovare un gestore come Jhonatan è difficile, è veramente un grande; bravo, disponibile, corretto è molto gentile.
Inoltre i suoi suggerimenti (luoghi, ristoranti, spiagge ed altro) sempre utili e perfetti. Lo contatti al cellulare e lui é sempre disponibile a darti suggerimenti.
Se volete un posto tranquillo, bello, nella natura con vista mare, veramente senza problemi come a casa vostra scegliete questo B&B.
La colazione ricca e di più con le sue torte, e brioche preparate al momento, il tutto servito in una bella veranda con vista mare.
Io parcheggio fuori dalla struttura senza alcun problema.
Le camere belle, ordinate e ben arredate con tutto, frigo aria condizionata, TV, tutto ben tenuto.
Da tornarci sicuramente.

Struttura molto carina con piscina utilizzabile anche in ore serali. Camere comode ed accoglienti dotate di tutti i servizi (2 TV climatizzatore frigo bar Wi-Fi). Gestore molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Ci ha fornito ottimi consigli per i due giorni che avremmo utilizzato per visitare Ragusa e dintorni. Ci ha anche deliziato con le sue torte che abbiamo molto gradito.

Una brevissima visita che ripeteremo di sicuro, perché tutto è stato perfetto! Contatti veloci ed efficaci, con tanto di mappe inviate via WhatsApp; piscina pulita, ambiente curato, silenzioso e rilassante. Perfetto per famiglie con bambini, ottimo anche per chi viaggia con cane al seguito. La frutta fresca (appena raccolta) in veranda, la macchinetta del caffè a disposizione, letto confortevole, preziose indicazioni. Jonathan ci ha fatto stare benissimo, sorprendendoci a colazione con la torta fatta da lui e intrattenendo i nostri figli con pazienza infinita.

Siamo stati solo 2 giorni purtroppo in questo bel B&B immerso nella natura.
Ottima ospitalità del titolare Jonathan, molto educato e disponibile a cercare di soddisfare ogni richiesta. La struttura è abbastanza nuova e molto pulita.
La colazione non è molto varia ma comunque buonissima (soprattutto le torte che prepara lui stesso). Piscina forse un pò piccola ma ben tenuta, possibilità di fare il barbecue.
Insomma siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti e ci torneremo volentieri.

Ci siamo trovati (due coppie) i in casa nostra, stanze accoglienti. Pulizia ottima, colazione abbondante macchina caffè fai da te con capsule, sempre rifornita dal gestore.
Il gestore un ragazzo sempre pronto e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta, non si è potuto usare la piscina per periodo invernale, volendo usarla era pulitissima. La consiglio per relax, per aria pulita e silenzio, sicuramente se avrò bisogno di recami in zona per affari oppure relax, ricontatterò il gestore.

Appena tornata da questo accogliente B&B. Piscina pulitissima, proprietari molto cordiali e disponibili.. Ci si sentiva come a casa propria. Colazione fantastica con ampia scelta ed abbondante. Camere molto pulite e nuove. La vista sul mare quando si fa colazione è molto rilassante. Raggiungibile con l'aiuto di un navigatore o seguendo i cartelli. Totalmente soddisfatta.

Ho soggiornato una sola notte. Anche se in due, ci hanno dato la camera per quattro persone: è un mini appartamento, arredato in modo semplice, è tutto pulitissimo, nuovo e non manca di nulla. I proprietari sono persone gentilissime e per bene. È in una posizione un po' fuori mano e consiglierei di aggiungere nelle indicazioni per raggiungere il B&B: seguire le indicazioni C. da Gaddimeli.

La camera è nuova, ampia e spaziosa con un bel bagno, aria condizionata, 2 televisori.
Ottima la colazione. Il gestore cordiale e disponibile.
Non è vicinissima al mare ma si ha il vantaggio di un silenzio perfetto.
