The B&B Cubbaita is the perfect place to spend your stay in Palermo. Located just a stone's throw away from the historic center and on the border of the restricted traffic zone, this historic building combines the charm of the past with modern comforts.
There are a few parking spots available in the courtyard of the building, giving you the opportunity to easily park and explore the city.
Our modernly furnished rooms all come with an en-suite bathroom.

The B&B Cubbaita is located just a few steps away from the historic center in a quiet area that is well connected to Palermo and Trapani airports, as well as Palermo train station. This area has a wide selection of excellent restaurants and wine bars. Just a few hundred meters away, you will find the marina and the small harbor known as "cala", a charming natural inlet and the original port of the city where today some fishing boats and numerous sailing boats are moored. You can also visit the nearby Foro Italico, a large green area overlooking the sea.

Great stay, central location. The B&B Cubbaita is presented in an excellent way, all new and very clean! The owner, Mr. Salvatore, is very kind and helpful. I recommend staying at this property without any doubt.

The room is in a central location, very close to the Teatro Massimo. It was clean, modern and nicely decorated. Salvatore was a great host, who warmly received us, even after having a delayed arrival. The communication was great and he gave us all the important information plus some nice recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. Very friendly and nice service. I would definitely come back. Fully recommended!

The B&B Cubbaita is in a great location, very close to the place of my work meetings and to the center of Palermo. A negative note (partially) is the breakfast at a very crowded bar that offers at most a croissant (or a sweet pastry) and a coffee… very serious for those, like me, who have sugar limitations and need a substantial breakfast to take medication. If Cubbaita changed at least the bar for breakfast, it would certainly have full marks.

We only stayed one night, but we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful place. The location was excellent, and we had a very good and tasteful breakfast. This was provided by a voucher to the Frisku Cafe. Above all, we appreciated the help and sympathy of Salvatore. Thank you!

Clean and well-organized room, quiet. The manager is very helpful and provides various amenities for guests. Breakfast is served at a nearby bar and is very good. The only thing I point out is the lack of sufficient hangers for the bathroom towels, as there was only one for three guests.

Thanks Salvatore, PERFECT accommodation from A to Z! Can only recommend everyone to book the accommodation. Motorcycle parking in the secure courtyard, THANK YOU again. Rooms extremely clean and quiet. City sightseeing can all be reached on foot. Great restaurants in the surroundings.

The structure fully meets expectations. It is very beautiful, new, very clean, and welcoming. The room is spacious and very bright. The professional manager was very helpful for all our needs. The welcome and check-out are done with care and there was maximum availability from the structure to let us leave our luggage. The breakfast service could definitely be improved, as it has not been served on-site for some time, but a voucher is given for a nearby bar with good products but anonymous service. Having breakfast on-site would make you feel even more at home. Improving this aspect would make it an excellent structure. We had a very good time and were satisfied with the choice. Recommendable to friends. Thank you.

Excellent experience. The structure is very well maintained and the customer care is top-notch. Slept well, almost better than at home! Excellent B&B Cubbaita. Renovated interiors of excellent quality and extremely clean. Water and coffee available. In a neighborhood not far from the center, relatively quiet but with several bars and restaurants within a short distance. Very kind and friendly manager, generous with useful information and advice. Only downside: breakfast not on site, but in a nearby bar where you are greeted with coldness and little courtesy.

I really enjoyed my stay in Palermo. The host was checking on me periodically to make sure everything was good. Breakfast was at the nearby cafe and I tried their croissants, desserts, and sandwiches which were all fresh and delicious. The breakfast pass covers one item and a coffee, which was sufficient. The room was clean and cozy.

Very nice, new, well-maintained, extremely clean B&B (daily cleaning, change of sheets and towels after 3 days). Good location, close to the historic center. Kind and helpful manager. Appreciable the possibility of luggage storage after check-out. Shame about the breakfast: 1 drink + 1 food item (sweet/savory) at a bar quite close to the B&B but not particularly remarkable and with a slightly disappointing service.

We are fans of guest houses for sharing with the owners. However, this time there was little sharing, a mediocre breakfast outsourced to a café located 300 meters away (we were entitled to a hot drink and a pastry, which is little for a B&B breakfast). For the positive points: well-kept room and bathroom. Spacious rooms. Good location of the B&B. Good to know: if you come by car, the good news is that there is parking, but you will have to pay 15 euros per day.

Beautiful stay around New Year's, I had a great time at this B&B, the manager's availability and cleanliness are impeccable. The building needs some maintenance but the B&B Cubbaita internally is tastefully renovated. Breakfast must be had at the external bar with a well-stocked pastry shop. Thank you.
