Il Bed & Breakfast Il Carignano s is located in an alley of the ancient settlement of Pirri where there were rural houses in the Campidanese style. A courageous renovation by the owners saw the birth of a modern structure using the ancient spaces designed to withstand the summer heat with an internal courtyard and husk
Il Bed & Breakfast Il Carignano offers its guests two modern and spacious double rooms with large private bathrooms. The rooms are equipped with every comfort and service: 32-inch TV, air conditioning, wi-fi via fiber.

The structure is built according to current ecological and energy saving standards. A warm parquet wood covers the surface together with furnishings designed to offer comfort and relaxation.

The very quiet alley can be reached from the nearby via Argiolas and Via Toti where there are numerous free parking spaces. The proximity to Piazza Italia makes it possible to use the various connections with the city center and the nearby beaches via the CTM bus lines or the Cagliari Metro line. Area well served by shops, restaurants, parks and shopping centers.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 14 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 13 to 3 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 2 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 60% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM

We spent 10 days at Bed & Breakfast il Carignano! We had a great time and Costanza is very sweet, she is always available for any request or advice on what to do, where to eat, etc. The breakfast is excellent and genuine, the location is great both for visiting the center of Cagliari and for going to the most beautiful coves! I highly recommend it.

Highly recommended, Costanza is very friendly and helpful, super rich breakfast in the beautiful courtyard. Comfortable bed, great bathroom, everything very clean. I will gladly come back.

My partner and I stayed at the Bed & Breakfast il Carignano for one night. Costanza and Ettore welcomed us with care and kindness. The room we were assigned was extremely clean and the bathroom spacious with a very comfortable shower. The structure is very quiet and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was served by Ettore with great professionalism and friendliness. The variety of foods offered was significantly wide and of high quality. Highly recommended structure, we will definitely return.

I felt extremely comfortable in this Bed & Breakfast il Carignano, the room is spacious, very comfortable and very clean. Costanza was very attentive and helpful, if I were to return to Cagliari I would not hesitate to come back for sure.
