Cagliari is at the exact center of the Mediterranean Sea at just 180km from Africa.
So you can enjoy in mild winter and warm summer!
You can easily choose between three spacious, bright and comfortable rooms at the second floor of a prestigious building of the second half of 1800's, all with views of the Port of Cagliari and the park of centuries-old Ficus, as you can see from the photos and video.
Ca 'del Sol is an informal and friendly house run since 2008 by Daniela and Michele: we are passionate connoisseur of the island and the city and we will be happy to share with you tips, advice about the territory. We can help you to choose a good restaurant, rent a car, organize a jeep excursion in the wild beaches of the Gulf of Cagliari, sailing or fishing in the sea of Cagliari, diving in the protected sea reserve of Villasimius.

We are Daniela and Michele, owners and managers of the Ca’ del Sol since 2008, and we look forward to welcoming you our bed and breakfast.
Daniela was born in Nuoro (the capital of Sardinia’s mountainous interior) and studied in Venice where she graduated in Codicologia (the study of ancient illuminated books and manuscripts). Michele was born in Venice where he obtained a degree in fine art.
After running a hotel for seven years we both felt the need to change to a slower pace of life and to dedicate ourselves to the world of Travel and Hospitality in a way that would allow us to bring more sharing and exchange to personal encounters.
Spellbound by the beauty of Sardinia we set a course for the island and in 2007 we arrived in the historic centre of Cagliari. There we opened the doors of the house of our dreams to visitors. The Ca’ del Sol is situated on the second floor of Palazzo Zamberletti, an authentic nineteenth century architectural jewel with views over the Golfo degli Angeli on the southern edge of the Mediterranean. The property belonged to Daniela’s family and it has been lovingly restored. Since 2008 this house has become a meeting place and the source of countless travellers’ tales for visitors dazzled by the beauty of Sardinia. Many of these have become friends for whom we maintain a link between the island and their countries of origin.
For us, each new guest is a new journey!

I have visited 45 countries around the world, and this was one of the best experiences in my life. The location is amazing and the apartment reminds me of an old Italian movie. \n\nEspecially, the hosts, Mikele and Daniela, are great. They are always helpful and willing to serve the needs of customers. They are an amazing couple. \n\nYou will never regret your choice!

The perfect place to stay for a few days in Cagliari, the host was amazing, he waited up for us as our flight got in so late and gave us so much helpful information. We stayed at the end of August so it was very hot which was hard at times as the aircon didn't go very low (electricity costs which I think everyone can understand at this time!) but it was still just enough to cool us down after warm days exploring. Great location, great traditional apartment style, really feels like your home. Thank you so much for having us stay in your lovely home.

Location of the bed and breakfast right in front of the Port of Cagliari, less than 15 minutes from the airport. Very spacious room with high ceilings and private bathroom outside the room, on the second floor of a historic building. The owners Michele and his wife are two fantastic people, always extremely helpful in meeting the needs of their customers both before arrival and throughout the stay. It's just a pity that due to COVID restrictions it's not possible to have breakfast on site.

Ca Del Sol was a lovely B&B with friendly hosts. The location of the hotel was very good (right in the city center, but not in a noisy area), cleaning was superb and rooms were stylish. We had a pleasant stay in the hotel during our visit.

Ottimo soggiorno! Struttura accogliente e carica di personalità. Camera luminosa e pulitissima, letto molto comodo. B&B a due passi dal centro, consiglierei di muoversi a piedi dato che non è semplicissimo parcheggiare. Bagno esterno alla stanza ma comodo e pulizia impeccabile.
Michele e Daniela host gentili e disponibili ad ogni richiesta. Speriamo di tornare e provare la colazione.

Cà del sol is a superb bed and breakfast and when I return to Cagliari I will stay there again. Michelle and Daniella are friendly and helpful hosts -nothing was too much trouble for them.

Super endroit pour séjourner à Cagliari. Très bon emplacement à quelques pas de la Marina, très proche de restaurants et commerces. Proche également d'un arrêt de bus et de la gare de train. Nous avons été reçu par le propriétaire avec une extrême gentillesse. Il parle vraiment bien le français, ce qui a facilité nos échanges. Notre chambre était très spacieuse et très propre. La salle de bain également et le petit déjeuner est super copieux et très bon.
