The structure is located along the fast road 131 bis that goes from Olbia to San Teodoro at the Trudda/La Castagna junction. It is situated in the small hamlet of Loiri Porto San Paolo in the Gallurese municipality, and is a 10-minute drive from Olbia, the port, airport, and Giovanni Paolo II hospital. Moreover, it is around 10/15 minutes away from the north-eastern coast of Sardinia, and 45 minutes away from the Costa Smeralda and the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia.

The owners are extremely kind, the property - adjacent to their home - is pleasant and well-kept. The rooms with exposed beams are furnished in a classic and pleasant way. The breakfast, served in a covered patio in October, is varied and abundant. The location very close to Olbia and the airport was extremely convenient for us arriving late at night. Competitive price. Absolutely recommended.

Very well-kept structure, top cleanliness, ours taken care of in detail, very clean, fragrant and with a top bathroom and shower. Very kind, friendly owners who convey passion for their work and in love with their "creature". The distance from the sea is not a problem, quiet area away from the confusion. Highly recommended.

The structure is a characteristic farmhouse immersed in the charming Sardinian countryside, the atmosphere is welcoming and familiar. The rooms are very clean and well-structured, the breakfast is delicious and plentiful and the owners are extremely friendly and helpful. Everything is fantastic.

The structure is very beautiful, clean, tidy, with a large and spacious room. Very good value for money. The location is quite strategic to reach both the most beautiful beaches of San Teodoro and those of Olbia (the closest ones are about 15 minutes by car). Also convenient to reach the towns. Rita, the owner of the b&b, is very kind and caring! A place where we would definitely return with pleasure!

The owners of this property, Rita and Raimondo, are wonderful people who do their job with great passion and maximum availability, pampering the guests in every way. The property is very pleasant, with a beautiful garden and tastefully furnished rooms. The cleanliness is perfect and the breakfast is plentiful, both sweet and savory. The value for money is also excellent. The distance from the main beaches in the area is only 15/20 minutes. Highly recommended B&B.

I believe that the quality of the structure and the people managing it is of the highest level. A splendid place with a splendid family, making guests feel at home. Rita and Raimondo make you feel at home, even though we arrived at 11:30 pm they waited for us and welcomed us. Excellent breakfast, strategic location at maximum 15 minutes from the beaches in the area. Highly recommended.

Very clean and well-kept accommodation, the host and his wife were very attentive and helpful. Check-in and check-out completely problem-free. Proximity to Olbia and port (ferry) ideal and quickly accessible. If needed, gladly again... per x per x per top.

Immaculately clean room equipped with all comforts. Quiet structure immersed in the countryside. The staff is welcoming and super friendly, meeting the needs of the customer. The breakfast served every morning is plentiful and genuine. The location is logistically perfect as it is close to the port and Olbia airport and the most beautiful beaches in the area. We stayed at this B&B twice because we were really very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Great bed and breakfast with spacious and welcoming rooms, abundant breakfast with both packaged products (my daughter and I are celiacs and the owner every morning made us find a nice basket of gluten-free products) and fresh (fabulous fruit and figs), honey from their own production... top! In the evening you can relax in the garden, which is really well kept! Congratulations to Rita and all her staff for the passion and care they put into their work, makes you feel at home and guides you in every request. Thank you very much and see you next time! The attention we received from both Rita and her husband was exquisite, from the moment we arrived until we said goodbye, they were always lovely, helpful, and very kind. The place is very beautiful, peaceful, and well located. If we have the opportunity, we will definitely return. I recommend it especially for the treatment received.

Mrs. Rita and her husband were very kind and helpful in providing information about the places to visit. Present without being intrusive. The room is comfortable and clean, the structure is comfortable and the large covered veranda provides shelter for moments of relaxation even on sunny days.

The review for the Domo Minnannu Miriu structure can only be excellent. Beautiful house, well-kept and finely furnished by very hospitable and kind owners. We were carefully contacted to agree on the arrival time and welcomed with great cordiality. The room we were given is spacious, perfectly in order, furnished with a warm classic style. Breakfast was served in an airy patio enriched with furnishings, memorabilia, and historical utensils that make it a small open-air museum. The garden and outdoor areas are well-kept and rich in Mediterranean scrub essences. The breakfast lived up to the beauty of the structure and the owners were perfectly able to accommodate our dietary intolerances. The B&B's location is strategic as it is located in a small hamlet not far from the SS131 DCN (the exit is close to two service areas), just 10 minutes from the center of Olbia and the airport. It is also well connected to the southern coast of Olbia, and in a few minutes, you can reach the beautiful beaches in the area. The B&B has a parking lot very close to the rooms that allows convenient and independent access. Personally, we have only found positive aspects and highly recommend it.

Nice Bed & Breakfast, decentralized but very close to Olbia, San Teodoro and the beautiful beaches of the area, clean, comfortable and strategic for moving easily if you want to explore even the neighboring areas. Well connected, so it's easy to reach. Rita and her family are lovely, kind, welcoming and friendly people, well disposed towards guests. The breakfast is varied and abundant, with some sweets also prepared by Raimondo. A warm greeting... (also to Mimî and Cocò). Highly recommended, worth going back.

We spent two wonderful weeks in this bed & breakfast with a young child and we were truly impressed. We grew fond of Rita and Raimondo, two really kind, polite, precise and heartfelt managers. They were always nice with the child, always full of care. Impeccable cleanliness and order, in a truly warm, informal and homely atmosphere. Breakfast is served according to the customers' preferences and the owners kindly stop every morning to chat and provide valuable advice on the area, places to visit, etc. We will miss this place very much. We leave a piece of our hearts hoping to return!

Siamo stati ospiti del B&B quest’estate, immerso nella natura, l’atmosfera è unica e rilassante, la zona molto tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo comoda per raggiungere in poco tempo le più belle spiagge, i servizi ed i paesi limitrofi.
Davvero squisita l’accoglienza da parte di Rita e della sua bella famiglia (compresi i tre gatti), molto attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti, gentili e disponibili, ma allo stesso molto riservati e per nulla invadenti. Utilissimi i consigli forniti su nostra richiesta.
La camera molto comoda, spaziosa, arredata piacevolmente e con ottimo gusto, pulizia sempre impeccabile, allo stesso modo, favoloso anche l’esterno, il tavolino e le sedie per i momenti di relax con l’affaccio sul giardino molto curato, utilissimi, inoltre, il frigorifero e il cucinino in comunione con le altre due stanze.
Colazione deliziosa, varia ed abbondante con prodotti di ottima qualità, torte fresche fatte in casa e frutta appena colta.
Davvero ottimo il rapporto tra la qualità ineccepibile di questo B&B ed il prezzo proposto. Se sarà possibile in futuro ritorneremo sicuramente.
Un grazie a Rita, Giulia e Raimondo per aver contribuito a rendere meravigliosa questa nostra prima vacanza in Sardegna.
