Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 5 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night’s stay

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

The breakfast is Italian-style, with sweet pastries made by us and packaged products, coffee, tea, cappuccino, milk, fruit juices, yogurt, rusks, assorted jams, hazelnut cream, honey, cereals, and muesli. Please let us know if you have any specific needs or intolerances, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

Everything perfect except when we arrived inside the room there were 18 degrees. Cold bathroom, since there is underfloor heating it took 3 hours to recover 1 degree!

We really felt at home in our accommodation. The two kind souls of Villa Mery, Elisabetha and Silvana, were always there for us, whether it was special breakfast requests or tips on sightseeing or shopping. The accommodation was very clean and tidy. We will definitely come back.
