Cairoly Rooms is located right in the center but in a quiet alley just a few steps from the main square and the train station. The facility is on the ground floor and consists of three quadruple rooms, all with en-suite bathroom. The beach and the port for boarding to the Tremiti Islands are about 400 meters away.

I stayed at Cairoly Rooms for work reasons and since the first phone contact with the owner, I was pleasantly surprised by his availability and friendliness. The B&B exceeded my expectations for the impeccable design, the convenience due to its proximity to the center, but above all for the professionalism of the owner. Every morning he provides breakfast in the facility with homemade products and is always ready to provide valuable advice in the tourist and culinary field to fully enjoy the stay in the beautiful Termoli. Cozy apartment, spacious, well equipped and well maintained, clean and private. Very central location (100 meters from the main street) yet quiet. Well-kept, livable, clean, and welcoming apartment. Located in a very central position just a few steps from the station. Welcomed by a spacious courtyard decorated with a mural nativity scene, we were accommodated in a cozy, clean, well-furnished apartment equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended. If you get the chance to exchange a few words with the manager Tony, you will discover the magic of getting to know a person in love and proud of his land who will do everything possible (and impossible) to make you come back.

Tony is one of the kindest managers I have ever met. Available at any time and for any request. The room is very beautiful, well-studied in furnishings and design without leaving the practicality of its use in case of multiple guests to chance. The toilet, also recently built, reflects the modernity of the structure. In short, cleanliness and hygiene above all. The area is very central, a few steps from the municipal park that precedes the Primo Corso, the venue of the city's 'struscio'. And in this regard, it should be noted that the price offered is more than fair. Unfortunately, I was passing through this town for only one day, but I will come back and call Tony to book one of his rooms.

The structure is equipped with all the comforts, well organized and located in an ideal position, close to the main street, establishments, the station, and the commercial area. The strong point, however, is the manager, a polite person, available, ready to respond to every need. Also, he provides magnificent homemade pastries for breakfast every morning. Beautiful structure with clean, spacious and quiet rooms with private bathroom. Very comfortable beds and varied and abundant breakfast. The Cairoly Rooms is located between two of the main avenues that lead directly to the Castle overlooking the sea. The host Tony is helpful and kind in recommending places and places to visit. Beautiful holiday at this property in Termoli (Charming old town). I highly recommend it.
