Description
Bed&Breakfast VILLA SARA is situaded directly long the romantic dreamliked Island of Sirmione. The silence direct long the water with beautiful sight on the surrounding montains and the familiar atmosphere are amazing for a relaxed holiday. Bathroom private, air-condition, wi-fi free, satellite- led tv and a little safe are installed in all the rooms which are renovated. Also we have a private parking free. Furthermore the VILLA disposes on a romantic terrace with view on the lake and also the pubblic beach can be used to relax or to take water sports and games for children. The romantical town of Sirmione can be easily reached by foot, here you can find a lot of elegant shops and boutiques as well as modern bars an restaurant cooking local specialities. Being reach of hitory and culture, Sirmione and its outskirts are very interesting to visit during your holidays.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-out
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-out before 11:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Municipal tax of €1.50 per person per night is applicable up to 7 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 14 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 2 days
Fresh sheets every 3 days
Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 11:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

The room was wonderful, clean, spacious, and in a great location. The managers were very kind and extremely helpful. We will definitely return. Highly recommended.

We stayed only one night in this structure not far from the center of Sirmione but in a wonderful location, right on the lake. The managers, very kind and helpful, accommodated us in the annex, in a very nice and clean room where we also had a private sitting area in the garden. The breakfast, abundant, is served on the terrace by the lake... what can I say, one wouldn't want to leave! Highly recommended, we will return!

We had a great time, modern rooms and comfortable bed. Breakfast by the lake was really beautiful! The staff is kind and professional. Well connected to the center of Sirmione thanks to the nearby shuttle bus stop.

Io e i miei ci abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni e ci siamo trovati benissimo sia con lo staff molto cordiale, gentile e disponibile, sia con la colazione abbondante nella sala affacciata al lago. L'ambiente è pulito e la posizione è strategica in diversi posti da vedere a Sirmione. Consigliatissimo.

Personale sempre disponibile, gentile e professionale come se ne vedono di rado. Struttura in posizione strategica tra il centro di Sirmione e la fermata bus (linea Br/Vr). Sala colazioni con vista eccezionale.

Proprietaria molto accogliente e gentile. In riva al lago e in una posizione comoda per vedere il centro e il castello di sirmione. L’unica cosa di cui mi lamento è una ragazza dello staff che ci parlava un po’ male, ma forse avrà avuto una giornata storta boh non saprei. Per il resto ve lo consiglio e sicuramente ci ritornerò!

La consiglio vivamente a tutti per la posizione. Il punto forte è la pulizia, la colazione abbondante e la cortesia del personale. Veramente il top, nulla da dire.

Posto bello e tenuto ben pulito l'unico svantaggio è che alle 20 chiude e quindi non si può mangiare se non in qualche posto vicino o ordinando.

Al grappolo si viene accolti con cortesia e si sta bene. Le restrizioni post Covid-19 vengono applicate e ne risente un po' la colazione, dura lex sed lex.

Bellissimo soggiorno, camere pulite e ben arredate. Si vede che sono state recentemente rinnovate. Colazione ottima, su terrazza vista lago. Consiglio anche il ristorante "Bolle" sulla terrazza dei proprietari, ottimo per aperitivo e cena. Torneremo sicuramente.

Ottima posizione con accesso diretto al lago. Parcheggio privato. Ottima pulizia della camera e molto curato il giardinetto. Personale disponibile. Colazione con vista lago peccato per le brioches confezionate!

Posizione ottimale, praticamente sul lago. Stanza ampia, ben ammobiliata, dotata di tutti gli accessori. Idem per il bagno in camera. I gestori sono disponibilissimi e gentilissimi. Complimenti per come si rapportano al cliente. Se proprio devo fare un appunto (quasi mi sento in colpa): la colazione è abbondante e varia, ma non sarebbe possibile (almeno per gli italiani) trovare brioches o cornetti freschi? Tenuto conto che sicuramente io e mio marito abbiamo intenzione di tornarci.
