Description

The "Balcone Fiorito" is located in a very bright and welcoming apartment, and has three rooms, each with its own bathroom, and a spacious kitchen that can be shared with other guests.

"I Gelsomini" is located in an independent residential area that is peaceful and quiet. It has a kitchen and four fully furnished and equipped rooms, each with its own bathroom and every comfort.

"La Casa di Lorenzo" is located in a recently renovated apartment, equipped with modern comforts and furnishings, and also has a shared kitchen that can be used by all guests.

These accommodations are located near the San Donato Milanese Hospital and in the vicinity of the ENI Headquarters, and are easily accessible by public transport, which allows travelers to reach the MM3 (Yellow Metro Line) in just a few minutes.

They are also located near the Maugeri Institute and the Monzino Cardiology Center, both of which can be reached by public transport.

Cleaning is done on a daily basis, and smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, although the outdoor balcony can be used for smoking.

B&B equipped with every comfort: beautiful, clean, warm. Just a stone's throw from Policlinico San Donato and surrounded by all the necessary services (bus, pizzerias, markets, tobacconists, restaurants, bars). The owner, Laura, a lady of a thousand qualities! Available and attentive to every need. I have never found so much warmth and hospitality. Thank you for making us feel at home in a difficult time! All new, clean, and tidy, Mrs. Laura is very kind. The location is a bit inconvenient if you want to move around, as the ring roads area is always very busy. To go to the Chiesa Rossa or Linate area, at certain times it took even 55 minutes... but the house is really welcoming.

I can only give the highest rating to this bed and breakfast. Everything is perfect, nothing is missing. And it's really just a stone's throw from Policlinico San Donato. An ode to the owner, Mrs. Laura, who goes far beyond the duty of a host. I definitely recommend it.

I stayed from October 6th to 10th at Il Balcone Fiorito, specifically at Lorenzo's house. The location is excellent for those who need to go to the hospital, there is a road to take and in 5-7 minutes you arrive at the hospital; also very close are several bus stops to reach the metro. Right in front there is also a Carrefour. The room is very beautiful (also equipped with a balcony) with a private bathroom, modern style, and very clean. On the last day, as we had a late evening flight, Mrs. Laura (after asking anyway, thank you for the availability) allowed us to stay in a support room in another structure by paying a small supplement for the cleaning. They provide breakfast cards to use in a bar near the hospital. I thank Mrs. Laura again, whom unfortunately I have not met, and her husband for their availability and kindness. If I were to come back, you will definitely be the first choice.

I went to this B&B due to its proximity to the hospital, where I had to undergo surgery. The lady who welcomed us was very kind, helpful, and thorough in all our requests. I did not have breakfast, but I can say that the room was very clean. Great location for those who need to go to the San Donato clinic.

Struttura molto carina, assai luminosa, accogliente, gestita con passione da una signora simpaticissima e molto disponibile. La pulizia è perfetta in ogni angolo. Ubicata in una posizione molto comoda a pochi metri dall'ingresso del Policlinico e dalle fermate di bus che portano alla metro M3. Molto riservata al primo piano di un condominio con porta sempre chiusa a chiave.

Voti assolutamente alti per posizione (la maggior parte utilizza questa struttura per recarsi poi al Policlinico), pulizia, spazi. La prima colazione invece presenta prodotti di scarsa qualità, si potrebbe facilmente migliorare.

Il B&B è in una posizione strategica per chi deve soggiornare vicino all'ospedale, il numero dopo dell'entrata in via Morandi, la disponibilità, gentilezza e cortesia del personale e di Laura sono eccellenti, io mi sono trovata benissimo e lo consiglio a tutti.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B per una settimana in occasione di un intervento di nostra figlia al Policlinico. La struttura è vicinissima all'ospedale (proprio il civico successivo) ed è questa la caratteristica che abbiamo apprezzato di più. Le stanze e le parti comuni sono molto pulite e ordinate. Personalmente ho trovato molto confortevoli il materasso e i cuscini.

Posto accogliente e ben posizionato per chi, come me, deve recarsi al policlinico San Donato, è ad un portone di distanza, senza neanche attraversare. Visto che in queste circostanze, visite o interventi, hai altro a cui pensare, avere una casa vicino con tutti i confort, ti allieva almeno da altri pensieri. E, a differenza dell'albergo, puoi usufruire della cucuna, anche per prepararti un'insalata o qualcosa al microonde. Dispiace solo non poteri preparare un piatto di pasta classico. Consigliatissimo.

Dopo una brutta esperienza di B&B nella zona almomento della prenotazione ero veramente a disagio ma all'arrivo la proprietaria di una cortesia incredibile ci ha accolti. La camera con bagno interno luminosa e accogliente ma soprattutto il profumo del pulito! La colazione piacevole. Grazie di tutto alla proprietaria.

Decisamente un'esperienza positiva, mi sono trovato molto bene, e la consiglio vivamente. Ho dovuto accompagnare mia moglie all'attiguo policlinico e la struttura si trova a soli 2 minuti a piedi! Ho trovato gentilezza e comprensione per le mie esigenze, inoltre sono stato colpito dalla qualità della pulizia generale. Ultimo, ma non meno importante, la cucina a disposizione è stata una piacevole sorpresa.
