Description
The Atman Holistic Farmhouse consists of 8 rooms, 2 apartments, and 2 yurt tents.
We have a large Zen room where you can practice meditation, yoga, and other holistic activities.
The structure has been open for 3 years after careful renovation, as it was previously used as a farmhouse.
Surrounding the property are 40,000 square meters of land cultivated with blueberries, lavender, and vineyards.
Independent spaces and entrances to most of the rooms also make the farmhouse a safe place in terms of health.

For us, breakfast is one of the strong points, as those who stay at a farm stay know that they can have a wide and complete breakfast.
Homemade cakes, seasonal fruit, especially our cultivated blueberries, vegetable and fruit extracts, products such as yogurt, cheeses, sliced salami, all produced by farms in the area.
Products are available on request, especially for those with celiac disease or particular preferences.
What could be better than sitting outside, on top of a hill, enjoying a magnificent panorama and delighting in a complete breakfast?
This is the starting point for a day in nature and relaxation, with the awareness that we must dedicate time to ourselves, so that a holiday stays with us, to be relived even in the following days.

My dream was to manage a holistic agriturismo, where visitors don't just come to sleep and have excellent breakfasts made with natural products, but above all to experience a place born in peace and silence.
Guests find an atmosphere where they can reconnect with themselves, participate in meditation sessions, relax with crystal bells, or simply read a book from the many we recommend.
We are on a hill, 5 minutes from Lake Garda and close to the cycle path along the Mincio River, which connects Peschiera del Garda to Mantova.

We stayed in the Yurt, an extremely positive experience for both us adults and my daughters. We really enjoyed the greenery and tranquility of the place, the spectacular breakfast, and the extreme kindness of the lady who prepared it. A place to come back to!

A place that deserves its time to be enjoyed. Truly an oasis of peace. We stayed overnight in one of the two yurts on the property, good breakfast and everything perfectly taken care of.
