Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Ottima posizione e buona colazione in riva al mare, l'unica pecca la scala per salire nella zona notte, decisamente in posizione scomoda e molto stretta.

La Casetta è davvero una soluzione deliziosa. Spaziosa ed accogliente e con gli spazi ben organizzati. La posizione è ottima, a due passi dal lungomare. L'accoglienza è stata davvero amichevole e calorosa. Vivamente consigliata!

Comodissima al mare, soprattutto coi bimbi pulito e con aria condizionata. Bellissima l'idea della colazione in riva al mare.
