The host Stefania was extremely helpful and accommodating. She really made me feel at home and the place is conveniently located. Breakfast was excellent and the accommodation comfortable and incredibly clean. The host went out of her way to find information for me and she gave me many maps and tips which made my time in Genoa all the more pleasurable. Highly recommend this B&B and the view over the Port (especially at night) is excptional.

I would highly recommend this property. The host Stefania was amazingly gracious and kind, and even though she could not speak much English and I could not speak any Italian, the whole booking process went very smoothly. The location is up on a hill, that was the only issue I had, but it was my fault as I didn't realise Genova was all hilly. So it is a bit of a climb up if you choose to walk, if not a bus costs about 1.50 Euro from the Genova Principe train station. By bus about 5 minutes, walking about 15 minutes. It's not far at all, just that it's uphill so it takes a bit longer.
But because it was up on a hill the view from the room was amazing. You can see all of Genova city and the harbour.
There was wifi included, the room was simple but had everything you need, the sheets and the towels were freshly laundered, the bathroom was huge and clean. The breakfast room also had amazing views, the breakfast provided was simple but it made me feel so warm and cozy.
I would definitely recommend this place. Very worth the price.

La signora Stefania è estremamente gentile e ospitale.
Tutto ha corrisposto alle attese migliori.
Raccomando caldamente questo B&B a chi ama Genova, deve andarci o partire in treno da Principe.
Attenzione, ci sono più di cento scalini dalla stazione all'alloggio, quindi difficile salirli con valigie pesanti.
La parola "property" non è usata correttamente.

Wunderschöne Lage, italienischer Charme, nette Bewirtung, wir haben das B&B sehr gemocht und uns wohl gefühlt in dieser Unterkunft mit der einmaligen Aussicht über Genua. Allein das Schmuckstück von Lift, der die vielen Stockwerke hinaufrattert, ist eine Reise wert.

Piacevolissima sistemazione a due passi dalla stazione di Piazza Principe.
Le gestrici sono molto ospitali e cordiali e fanno respirare l'aria genuina della città.
Dalla casa si gode una bella vista panoramica sulla città, le camere sono ampie, silenziose ed il bagno in comune è gestibilissimo.
Bella atmosfera familiare, colazione ricca e varia. Possibilmente torneremo.

Persone carinissime e gentilissime che ti fanno sentire proprio a tuo agio e sempre pronte a dare dei consigli se richiesti, casa molto bella e curata, sembra di fare un tuffo nel passato a casa dei nonni, colazione top, posizionata vicino alla stazione del treno e comoda con il centro.
Bisogna solo fare molte scale, ad ogni modo veramente consigliato.

Posizione con vista spettacolare sul golfo.
Struttura pulita e ordinata, in contesto stile anni 50, camera spaziosa, tranquilla.
Zona servita da mezzi pubblici (il 35) si ferma proprio sotto casa e collega il centro città in pochi minuti.
Gentilezza di Stefania e dei suoi genitori.
Abbiamo trascorso solo una notte ma siamo stati bene.

Una casa spaziosa nei punti comuni. Il bagno molto spazioso e pulito. La camera è grande ed adeguata a tre persone. Sabrina è molto cordiale ed accogliente. Si è reso disponibile in tutto dandomi anche consigli per il parcheggio. Sono veramente soddisfatto della location.

Struttura molto accogliente, nei pressi della stazione di Piazza Principe, non lontana dal Museo del Mare e dall'Acquario. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. La pulizia impeccabile. Anche lo stile dell'edificio è molto piacevole, accuratamente arredato d'epoca. Il panorama che si godeva dalla mia stanza, inoltre, era spettacolare: vista mare sul porto. Ci ritornerei senz'altro.

Camera spaziosa e accogliente con una bellissima vista sul porto antico. Sabrina è molto disponibile, gentile e discreta. Struttura dove sarebbe piacevole tornare e sicuramente da consigliare.
