A 10-minute walk from Marconi metro stop, 15 minutes from Termini station, a quite convenient location to move around the city. The structure, beautiful, modern, well-maintained, clean and equipped with everything necessary, consists of three rooms with access via electronic keypad and a nice kitchen for shared use, located on the first floor of a building. The manager is very kind, but reachable only via message as the access to the structure is all automated. For transportation, besides the metro, right below "home" there is a stop for bus 23 that runs every 10 minutes and also goes to the Vatican. Check-in to be done online. Recommended for a short but intense trip in the beautiful capital.

This is a mixed review for a number of reasons. On the plus side, while a bit further away the location is very convenient to public transport. The Metro B is 500m away and has all the main stops (Colosseum, Circus Maximus, Pyramid and of course Roma Termini). There are buses right outside the front door and the 170 bus is 120m away which takes you into the Parthenon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps etc. I got a transport pass that covered everything. Great coffee shop downstairs for pastries & coffee. Lift to the 1st level. On the down side the common area is really, really small. You would trip over each other if there were more than 2 people in the area. The rooms are close together and not very soundproof. You hear everyone coming and going and even every time they enter or leave their room. Rooms are operated by electronic locks which are noisy. Value was ok.

It was really nice. The bed and breakfast workers were super friendly and helped us a lot. The bed and breakfast was a little bit far from Rome but it was ok for us.

We stayed at the B&B Mr. Brown from July 22nd to 25th. The room, equipped with air conditioning, was perfectly clean as well as the bathroom. The furniture, practically new as well as the fixtures, make you feel good and at ease. The staff is extremely helpful and easily (and quickly) reachable for every need also through a very convenient WhatsApp chat. Excellent self check-in service that allowed us not to waste even a minute of our stay in boring bureaucratic procedures. The location is strategic, a few minutes from the Marconi metro stop, which is only ten minutes from the Colosseum. The building where the B&B is located is large but quiet and there are no sources of disturbance to sleep. The only flaw is the breakfast, which is served with a box that could definitely be improved in terms of product quality. Overall, we were very satisfied and definitely recommend it.

Great and welcoming. The only negative thing about the Magnefic room, even though it has a private bathroom, is that you have to leave the room.

The B&B is extremely clean, you couldn't ask for more. Very well furnished. Quiet and very comfortable bed. Great courtesy and availability from the owner. The only flaw is the breakfast. Just a coffee. But there is a bar under the building. I had difficulties on the first day, having a child I expected at least a minimal breakfast. Maybe it wasn't planned, but everything else is impeccable. I will definitely come back.

B&B bello nell'aspetto ma bagno con rischio scivolamenti visto le varie perdite di acqua dal bidè e dalla doccia. Ben informato il proprietario che nonostante tutto non ha fatto nulla per risolvere il problema. Bocciato.

Camere molto belle, spaziose, pulitissime e sopratutto nuove. Colazione perfetta perché con varie scelte di cibo. Gestore molto simpatico e disponibile a soddisfare il cliente. La posizione è comoda per la vicinanza di fermate autobus o metro.

Ho soggiornato già due volte nella struttura d entrambe le volte mi sono trovata molto bene.
Proprietario gentile e ospitale e posizione molto comoda, vicino alla metro.
Unico consiglio per il proprietario:
la sala colazione è molto vicina alle camere da letto (una in particolare), sarebbe bene impostare un orario al mattino (ad es. 7:00) prima del quale non è consentito usufruire del servizio colazione, perché i rumori di stoviglie, macchina del caffè e microonde svegliano chi dorme nella stanza adiacente.
Per il resto tutto molto positivo.

Ho alloggiato presso questa struttura e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il gestore estremamente disponibile e preciso, locali molto puliti ed ordinati, nessuna cosa lasciata al caso. Torneremo sicuramente al B&B Mr Brown, aggiunto ai preferiti!

Luogo caldo, accogliente e studiato nei particolari si denota subito l'impegno, lo studio e la pulizia.. ma soprattutto l'accoglienza del proprietario e del personale, ottimo per chi come noi ha il bisogno di essere vicini all'ospedale "Bambin Gesù"..di San Paolo 8 minuti a piedi, vicinissimi alla metro B. Consigliatissimo.

Soggiorno gradevolissimo. Il proprietario della struttura è una persona cordiale. Il servizio è eccellente.
Il B&B è pulito e confortevole.
Vicinissimo alla metropolitana, per chi non ha la macchina.
