Description
100 sq metre (1. 080 Sq. Ft.) and 60 sq metre (646 sq. ft.) just renovated apartmens, the first one with a large terrace with tables and chairsand 3 rooms (bookable separately), one dining room with fully equipped kitchenette,, one computer room with printer, washing machine and dryer. Common area can be used by the guests of the apartments upstairs.
The second one with 2 rooms, and a common area with sofas, Smart TV, hot drink machine available 24 hours on 24, and a small kitchenette.
Room rates include coffee/cappuccino and croissant at the bar in the morning, room cleaning service and towels/bed sheets change every 4 days, luxury toiletries, superior towels and bed sheets, free fast WiFi connection, strong air conditioning, Smart TV with Netflix channels, free and unlimited use of espresso/cappuccino/hot chocolate machine. The 3 rooms are all finely and exclusively furnished by the English designer Donald Baugh. * Italian breakfast (coffee/cappuccino/hot chocolate and one croissant)

I provide a full property management, and my cleaning and maintenance staff ensure that each property is well taken care of. So Flatinrome is not an agency (= no commissions !). My goal is my guest's satisfaction, and I do believe that this is possible only with direct contact guest-owner. I've also the firm belief that your referrals are the most powerful marketing tool and for the success of Flatinrome nothing is more precious than a satisfied guest.

Area Trastevere
The appartment is located in the historical center, in Trastevere area. Trastevere is one of the best places in the Eternal City to spend your evenings, as it offers a diversity of cafés and restaurants, scattered throughout the picturesque cobble stone streets. The name of district comes from Latin: trans Tiberis, over the river Tiber. The river bends and in between is this nice district. It used to be the working class area: Romans used to cross the river to go and work in the city now it is the district “alla moda”.
The apartment is also well connected to the city airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino) and to the main train stations in Rome. With a few steps you can cross the river on “Ponte Fabricio” the oldest remaining bridge of Rome (62 bC !) and get to Jewish Ghetto and Largo Argentina, in the heart of the historical centre of the Eternal City.
Trastevere Complex is in the perfect location for visiting the Eternal City by walk. The historical centre of Rome is in fact quite small: it’s a circle of less than 3 kilometres (less than 2 miles) in diameter that includes (from North clockwise) : Termini Station, Coliseum, Trastevere and Vatican. All the major attractions are in between. From Flatinrome 8 you can walk to the main sites: Coliseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Navona Square, Pantheon, Campo de' Fiori, etc

Everything perfect from check-in to check-out. The property does not have a fixed reception but everything is organized to perfection. The manager is always available for any request. Highly recommended.

Extremely kind and helpful managers, but the room was a real disappointment, it was certainly not a room for 4 adults! The terrace was bigger! The kitchen was very nice with every accessory... but the bottled water with the machine cap in the fridge was unacceptable! It's not hygienic, especially in times of Covid! P.S. too many pillows in such a small room... what are they for? Anyway, Rome deserves it, and so does Renato Zero!

Although months have passed, I want to write this review. I chose this property because it is located in one of my favorite places in Rome, namely Trastevere. We stayed in the Aqua room which also had a sauna. The room was clean (although there was a bit of dust), the bed was very comfortable, breakfast at one of the best bakeries in Trastevere, and the property is close to bus and tram stops. Upon arriving early in Rome, I called the property to inquire about early check-in, and the girl who managed the reservation was super kind and helpful. So, what can I say, a perfect weekend and now I know where to stay for my Roman weekends.

Ho soggiornato in questo splendido appartamento nel cuore di Roma.
Leonardo, l’host, é sempre stato super disponibile. Mi ha illustrato i posti migliori dove mangiare e bere in compagnia. Purtroppo il periodo non era un gran che vista la pandemia ma nonostante questo lui ha saputo indirizzarmi e guidarmi durante tutto il tempo.
Disponibilità, puntualità e simpatia sono le caratteristiche che lo contraddistinguono. L’appartamento era spaziale, nel cuore di Roma.
Si arriva facilmente ovunque, con brevi passeggiate nei viottoli di Roma si arriva più o meno in ogni luogo turistico (Roma é grande eh!).
Posso solo ringraziare per l’ospitalità mostrata, ad un prezzo giustissimo e con un servizio e una pulizia impeccabili.
Ci torneró di sicuro!

La stanza è situata in una zona ottimale di trastevere purtroppo non è molto illuminata e spaziosa, ma l'arredamento è moderno e in buone condizioni. La colazione si effettua in uno dei migliori forni del quartiere, situato a pochi metri dalla struttura. Il personale è estremamente competente e disponibile in qualsiasi orario.

La colazione al bar/forno Giselda ottima, mentre nell'altro bar convenzionato piuttosto scadente. Facile il check in senza bisogno di personale. Struttura pulita e moderna, vicinissimo ai ristoranti tipici di Trastevere. Parcheggio vicino alla struttura solo a pagamento.

Ottima struttura di recente ristrutturazione. Siamo stati in due per una notte nella stanza Jacuzzi della quale siamo rimasti piacevolmente soddisfatti, sopratutto del letto molto comodo e grande. Ottimo anche il rapporto con il titolare.
L’unica pecca era la quantità di polvere un po’ eccessiva nelle zone poco “trafficate”.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo nella Jacuzzi room, in cui erano presenti tutte le necessità, oltre che aria condizionata, Jacuzzi fantastica, smart TV con Netflix. Anche il letto ci è piaciuto molto, comodo e grande. Ho dato voto 8 alla pulizia perché avrei gradito un'attenzione maggiore di questa, soprattutto alla Jacuzzi, ma niente di rimediabile. Il gestore è stato disponibilissimo a fornirci qualsiasi informazione e a darci chiarimenti, attento a tutte le nostre richieste. Inoltre, il metodo di check in online è molto comodo e permette di fare tutto in autonomia. Infine la posizione della casa era ottimale, dietro viale Trastevere e circondata di tutti i servizi (tabacchi, bar, enoteca, pizzeria e altro). Molto buona anche la colazione al bar inclusa nel prezzo. Consigliato!
