Residence Flatinrome Fiera is a lodging made up of three one-bedroom apartments and one studio apartment that can accommodate four people (with a bedroom, living room with kitchenette, bathroom, and balcony) located right in front of the Ponte Galeria station, on the line between the historic center and Fiumicino airport, 14 minutes from the historic center, 10 minutes from Rome Fiumicino airport, 2 minutes from the Fiera di Roma and 20 minutes from the beaches of the Roman coast. The Residence is the ideal solution for those looking for a centrally located and low-cost accommodation, both for those who need to go to the Fiera di Roma, and for those who come to Rome for tourism, both for those who travel by public transport and for those who come by car, thanks to the reserved indoor parking space. All apartments are furnished in a practical yet elegant manner and equipped with all the comforts: from air conditioning to free WiFi internet connection, washing machine, TV, telephone with free local calls.

There is also a 22 Kw electric vehicle charging station.

Parking spaces:
- Available for free on availability without charging station
- 15 Euro per night with charging included and no limits for "small and medium" electric cars (ask me for now)
- 25 Euro per night with charging included and no limits for "large" electric cars.

FIERA 3: A lovely 45 square meter studio apartment on the first floor, just renovated with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, separated from the rest of the apartment by a brand new sliding mirror wall. The kitchenette overlooks a lovely balcony and the structure can accommodate up to four guests thanks to two very comfortable sofa beds.

FIERA 5: A bedroom with two single beds that can be joined into a double bed upon request, a living room with kitchenette and 1 double sofa bed + 1 single sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, and two lovely terraces.
