The Vatican area has a unique charm, thanks to the majesty of St. Peter's Square with the famous Basilica, the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel which attract tourists and pilgrims from all over the world every year.
Its enviable position behind the Vatican allows you to walk to cultural attractions such as St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museums, Castel Santa'Angelo, Ara Pacis, Piazza Navona, Phanteon etc.
Even if it is located in the center of Rome, the area is not limited to traffic, and for those arriving by car, you can park for free on the street or, if desired, in the garage (for a fee).
You can easily find a laundromat, a traditional laundry, many dining options, including pizza, Indian, Thai or Italian classic restaurants, several pizzerias, two ovens and supermarkets, bars and cafes where you can also enjoy a breakfast American style, pharmacies, banks, newsagents, scooters / motorbikes rent, photo development, internet point and call center, bus tour of Rome, San Pietro etc. etc. Also in about 10 minutes on foot you can reach Via Cola di Rienzo and Via Ottaviano, among the most interesting shopping streets. Rome, while presenting all the comforts of a modern city, still retains its ancient traditions and, with characteristic shops, cafes, open-air markets, taverns where you can taste the typical Roman cuisine.
