Recently renovated apartment 1 km from the Marconi stop of the line B of the metro, a few steps from Viale Trastevere, a strategic position, it is well connected with all the points of interest in Rome.

It is located on the 6th floor of a building of the lively Marconi district, it is also a very bright apartment and has 2 bedrooms (bedroom and living room) bathroom, kitchen and balcony.

The bedroom can accommodate up to a maximum of 3 people, double bed + extra bed (2 + 1).

The extra bed has an additional cost of 10 euros per night.

You may cancel your booking up to 5 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night’s stay

Area Marconi

The neighborhood where the apartment is located is the crossroads between La zona EUR and Viale Trastevere.
A few steps away there are restaurants and pizzerias, bars and pastry shops (under the house) supermarkets (PAM, Simply Market).
For places of interest, less than 1 KM. there is the Basilica of St. Paul, you can get there very well on foot along the Tiber.
The apartment can also be reached by train, near (1 KM) there is Trastevere Station, with also the famous Porta Portese market nearby.
With the bus 170 (stop at 100 mt) you arrive after about 30 min. to Termini Station and vice versa.
With two stops on the 791 bus you arrive at the Marconi Metro stop.
Fiumicino airport is 19 km away. It can be reached from Roma Termini.
