A CASA DI PIETRO is a welcoming private residence that surpasses the advantages of a classic B&B and guesthouse, as the entire apartment is reserved for you.
You can therefore enjoy maximum privacy, autonomy, and independence in new, modern, and comfortable surroundings, with no restrictions on entry or exit times, with the possibility of using a well-equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes, a wonderful private garden where you can walk, go jogging or sunbathe, self-service laundry, and a reserved parking space..just like at your own home!
The apartment, located in the center of the municipality of Sora, is on the first floor of a delightful and peaceful private villa with a large garden.
It consists of: independent entrance, spacious living area with TV, bookshelf, comfortable sofa bed for one and a half people, and a table for 4, expandable up to 8 seats; fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, and oven; comfortable bathroom with bathtub; 2 large bedrooms with fine parquet flooring, balcony, wardrobe, TV, and study area.
You will appreciate the small laundry storage room with a washing machine, ironing board, iron, and clothes rack.
You will also have access to the garden with a private parking space.
Possibility of an additional bed in both the bedrooms and the living room.
Cheap and advantageous prices for short, medium, and long periods.
Minimum stay: three days - two nights.

Pietro's House was the heart of our vacation in Ciociaria, my friends and I were very lucky to have chosen this place as a starting point for daily visits to the surroundings. It is a villa with a garden with fruit trees and internal parking, quiet and very close to a public park, the Liri river, and the city center. The living area, the kitchen, and the rooms are perfectly functional, and Mrs. Lucia was very kind, very discreet but always ready to advise us. So, I thank her and highly recommend this house.

Very nice apartment: spacious and well-kept in every detail with an enviable garden available. Excellent cleanliness. Lucia was very caring and attentive in making us feel at home; before our arrival, she made sure to provide everything a family with a young child might need. Pleasantly surprising the attention to detail that Lucia has shown. We would come back tomorrow!

Come a casa "nostra". È il motto della struttura che condivido pienamente. L'accoglienza della signora Lucia, praticamente come se ci conoscessimo da sempre, la sua dolcezza, la sua eleganza, rendono da subito accogliente il soggiorno. Casa arredata di tutto, in ottima posizione a due passi dal centro ma in zona molto tranquilla. Adiacente ad un parco pubblico. Consigliatissima.

Bellissima casa nel centro di Sora. Dotata di ogni comfort e curata nei minimi particolari. Abbiamo un bimbo piccolo e la gentilissima signora Lucia ci ha messo a disposizione la culla per lui. Siamo stati davvero benissimo, come a casa nostra. Ne parleremo a tutti benissimo e se dovessimo tornare ancora a Sora, sicuramente staremo nuovamente a "Casa di Pietro". Grazie signora Lucia per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità. Bellissima vacanza.

Bellissima struttura nel centro di Sora. Due camere da letto molto belle ed ampie. Angolo cottura con tutti gli accessori a disposizione. Ampio soggiorno con a disposizione un letto ad una piazza e mezza. Eravamo in quattro, utilizzando tutti i letti a disposizione. Siamo stati accolti dalla proprietaria in modo eccellente. Siamo stati benissimo, a nostro agio, proprio come stare a casa propria. Se dovessi tornare a Sora, oppure nelle vicinanze, sicuramente alloggerò presso la Casa di Pietro.
