A gem of an apartment, perfect for 2 people. Located conveniently in a very quiet, central area near the “Franco Agosto” park, the city centre, the swimming pool and the university. Parking available nearby. We speak English, French and Spanish and pets are welcome.

The apartment is located on the first floor (lift available). It features a delightful double bedroom with comfortable wardrobes, a pleasant living room with TV, sofa bed for 2, a bathroom with shower, and a comfortable kitchen equipped with all accessories. The heating / air conditioning is independent.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay: complete bathroom kit, towels and linen, hairdryer, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.

Located very close the center, conveniences and historical landmarks are easily reachable, including the San Domenico museums, the theater, numerous churches, the library, the cinema, the hospital and many other amenities. Short walking distance to the "Franco Agosto" park, which extends over a large area of twenty-six hectares surrounding the city, from the ancient city walls to the outskirts. Also located near the Montone river, the park offers an nature-rich setting with many trees and plants, a pond with swimming swans and ducks, a fitness trail and rabbits chasing each other in the grass. You can easily reach Piazza Saffi on a charming tourist train, or by bicycle via the cycle path that connect the park to the historical centre. In the park, you can find benches to take a relaxing break, as well as a five-on-side football pitch and volleyball, basketball, beach volleyball and bocce courts to indulge in your favorite sports. The little ones will be able to enjoy games and inflatable castles surrounded by nature. The park also offers many opportunities for a bite, at the Peter Pan pizza restaurant, at the La Collina dei Conigli snack bar, at the Chiosco cafe and ice cream parlor, at the Piada del Parco eatery.
