Description
Residence Sorrento is a welcoming tourist facility, located in the center of Sorrento, a few steps from the Main Square and very close to both the Circumvesuviana and the Port.

Five finely furnished apartments are available to our guests.

The apartments have free wifi, air conditioning and eventual parking based on
availability.

Four apartments are structured with two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom. An apartment is instead a studio that can accommodate 3 guests. Each room has its own window or balcony. Each apartment has a terrace equipped to spend pleasant hours in the cool. The kitchen is equipped with all comforts, including washing machine, fridge, electric oven. In the living room you can see the TV lying on comfortable sofas.

The Sorrento apartment is the largest and has 6 beds. The Capri and Ischia apartments are slightly smaller and have 4 beds. Procida and Positano, on the other hand, can accommodate 3 guests. Each apartment has its own bathroom with a shower.

The "Capri", "Ischia" and "Procida" Apartments are in Sorrento in Via Parsano, while the "Sorrento" Apartment and the "Positano" apartment in Sorrento at the Corso Italia

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night’s stay

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Situé en bordure immédiate de la vieille ville, à moins d’un quart d’heure à pied de la gare de la ligne circumvesuviana et tout près d’un arrêt de bus, l’appartement que j’ai occupé – Procida – convient parfaitement à un couple avec 1 ou 2 enfants désireux d’explorer les ressources de la péninsule par ses propres moyens. Si, en revanche, vous souhaitez être guidés et accompagnés dans vos découvertes, les propriétaires proposent des services touristiques nombreux et diversifiés. L’appartement donne sur une cour arborée (qui mériterait d’être mieux entretenue mais cela relève vraisemblablement de la copropriété). Bien distribué, il dispose en outre d’un balcon où l’on peut prendre ses repas. La literie est excellente, le wifi, la télévision et l’électroménager fonctionnent parfaitement, ce dont les propriétaires s’assurent avec vous avant de vous laisser l’appartement (ils n’habitent pas sur place mais restent extrêmement disponibles). L’équipement est d’un très bon niveau mais quelque compléments peuvent encore être suggérés: installer une ou deux étagères et une petite poubelle dans la salle d’eau, trouver un meilleur emplacement pour le four à micro-ondes posé de biais et qui réduit grandement le plan de travail, ajouter un plus grand faitout pour les pâtes et un second adaptateur pour les prises électriques. Je fais ces suggestions d’autant plus volontiers que certaines des observations que j’avais lues sur Internet ont manifestement donné lieu à rectification: une clef spéciale permettant d’utiliser l’ascenseur m’a été remise, il m’a été possible d’obtenir du chauffage dans ma chambre en dehors des heures prévues par la copropriété en utilisant la clim – le tout gratuitement – et je n’ai eu aucune des mauvaises surprises dont s’étaient émus certains contributeurs. En résumé, une location commode et agréable, entièrement digne d’être recommandée et un accueil des plus prévenants !

Non siamo stati ospitati nella struttura centrale ma in un villino immerso in un bellissimo agrumeto con comodo posto auto. Comodissima la posizione centrale anche per raggiungere la stazione della circumvesuviana. Molto apprezzata la squisita disponibilità della proprietaria ed il gentile omaggio di fine soggiorno (una cassetta di arance e limoni dell'agrumeto). Gradevolissima la piscina della villa centrale a meno di 2 minuti a piedi dal villino. Pulizia e ordine ottimi. Soggiorno complessivamente più che positivo.

Area city center

The central position of Residence Sorrento allows the possibility to better organize your holiday.

We are in the center of Sorrento and within walking distance you can reach the main restaurants, bars, pubs, shops of the pearl of the Sorrento Peninsula.

The Circumvesuviana station is 500 meters away and allows you to quickly reach Naples (1 hour), Pompei (20 Minutes) Herculaneum (40 minutes) by train.

You can then visit the excavations of Pompeii and Herculaneum or make a stop in Naples, a city of extraordinary beauty and a thousand monuments to admire.

The port with the embarkations for Capri and Ischia can be reached on foot in 15 minutes on the bus. You can organize beautiful excursions in two famous islands all over the world.

The bathing establishments of Sorrento are close and reachable on foot with a nice walk.
