Abbiamo soggiornato 1 notte, sabato 15/7/2023. Con i 2 ragazzi in 4 in una quadrupla...spaziosissima, pulita, silenziosa. Bagno ottimo e doccia ottima. Frigorifero e aria condizionata. Con una passeggiata si arriva al centro di Napoli, colazione ottima da Scaturchio. Ci torneremo volentieri!

Struttura bella in zona abbastanza centrale, da rivedere alcuni dettagli. Connessione presente solo in qualche camera.

Struttura ottima.
Solo una pecca: la pasticceria dove si poteva fare colazione aveva solo 2 tavolini per sedersi e sempre pieni. E se volevo prendere una sfogliatella invece del croissant, dovevo pagare la differenza.

Siamo tornati domenica dopo soli 3 giorni trascorsi nella bellissima città di Napoli. Vacanza breve ma intensa e il soggiorno al Ludben ha contribuito a renderla ancora più piacevole. Un grazie a Luigi per la disponibilità e discrezione. Ci torneremo a breve sicuramente.

Struttura in posizione strategica, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort.
Colazione da fare nella pasticceria convenzionata ottima.

Il B&B è stato ristrutturato recentemente in maniera eccellente; le stanze sono ampie, pulite, e dotate di ogni confort (aria condizionata, tapparelle elettriche, nel mio caso 2 balconcini). È situato in una posizione strategica, che permette di raggiungere facilmente a piedi i posti più belli di Napoli. il bar a cui la struttura si appoggia per la colazione offre prodotti freschi e di ottima qualità. Luigi, il nostro referente della struttura, è una persona affidabile, sempre presente e pronta per darti consigli ed aiutarti in ogni richiesta. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi vuole trascorrere un soggiorno fantastico a Napoli. Io ci tornerò sicuramente.

Ludben house riesce a farti sentire letteralmente nel cuore di Napoli, partendo dall’accoglienza tipica Napoletana del titolare che si dimostra disponibile ad ogni richiesta. La struttura è nuova, pulita e dotata di qualsiasi comfort, l’impressione è di stare alloggiando in una camera di Hotel. In poche centinaia di metri ci si ritrova in Via Toledo, arteria centrale della città. La colazione, nel bar convenzionato, è di qualità, anche qui l’accoglienza con un sorriso rallegra la giornata. Unico consiglio è arrivare in treno, i parcheggi sono impervi trovandosi in salita e la posizione permette di muoversi benissimo a piedi.

Struttura nuovissima, pulizia maniacale, sempre disponibile, mai avuto un no come risposta. Comodissimo per muoversi in città vista la vicinanza alle metro ed al centro storico. In camera tutti i confort di cui avere bisogno. Colazione di ottima qualità, da Armando Scaturchio. Il mio punto fermo per tornare a Napoli. Faccio i complimenti.
