Il Vecchio Fauno is a great place to stay in Pompeii. The hosts were very kind, helpful, and gracious. They gave us info on the best way to get to Sorrento for a day trip which saved us €80 that we would have spent on a taxi. They were also able to book us a taxi for our early AM flight from Naples which was very helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. There are so many good things to say about this B&B. I want to go back and stay there again.

Structure with inefficient heating system, we suffered from the cold and had to request a blanket which was delivered with hesitation by the manager. The price paid, 160 euros, is not worth the room at all, besides the payment was made in advance. We stayed only because it was for one night, otherwise I would have asked for a refund. Not recommended for the cold months.

Siamo stati ospiti della struttura e ci siamo trovati molto bene, accoglienza ottima buona colazione.
I Vecchi Fauno si trova comodissimo per fare una visita agli scavi di Pompei, esperienza da ripetere.
Ottimi consigli del gestore a consigliarci anche al meglio il nostro breve soggiorno su dove andare a mangiare vista l'emergenza covid o come al meglio visitare i luoghi a noi interessati.

Un B&B molto confortevole, ex albergo storico di Pompei, rinnovato da pochissimo tempo internamente ed in via di ristrutturazione esternamente, con un ampio parcheggio interno al centro di Pompei, quasi di fronte all’entrata degli scavi lato anfiteatro e a 10 minuti a piedi dall’altra entrata principale.
Internamente è arredato con bellissimi quadri dipinti dalla giovane proprietaria Chiara; climatizzazione perfetta, atmosfera rilassante, una gestione efficiente e rispettosa delle norme anti COVID-19. Ottima la colazione, c’è tutto quello che si vuole, ma se mancasse qualcosa, chiedendo a Daniele e Chiara, ogni esigenza verrebbe soddisfatta.
Veramente bravi, ci torneremo sicuramente!

Hotel nuovissimo, con tutto il necessario. Camere molto pulite e doccia spaziosa. La colazione italiana con dolci fatti in casa e un po’ di affettati e formaggi. Consigliatissimo.

Posizione eccellente per visitare gli scavi (basta attraversare la strada) ed il santuario di Pompei. Posizione strategica per visitare i dintorni perché sono facilmente raggiungibili sia in auto che con mezzi pubblici. Gestori premurosi e disponibili.
