The guest house “Domus Schilizzi” is located in Naples in Via Matteo Schilizzi no. 16and consists of eights tastefully and recently renovated double rooms.
Each room is equipped with all comforts, also at a technological level: Ensuite bathroom with shower, basin, mirror, wc, bidet, hairdryer, dispenser for soap and shampoo, electrical heating; Double bed; Nightstands; Wardrobe; Stool for luggage; Curtains; Balcony; Desk with chair; Cable and Wi-Fi Internet connection; Air conditioning; Sockets and USB hubs; Flat screen smart TV 40″ fixed to the wall with brackets.
Our position is strategically located for many reasons:
1) It is located in the financial center of Naples and very close to the historic center (5 minutes walking) and to the seafront of Naples (10 minutes walking);
2) Taxi and underground stops are 80 metres away;
3) The port (to get to the islands of Capri, Ischia, Procida, Sicily) is 150 metres away;
4) The train station is 2 km away (one stop of underground);
5) The airport is 15 minutes away by taxi or 20 minutes away by bus;
6) 80 metres away is located a bus line called BUS TRANVIA, that gets to Pompei, Vesuvio, Sorrento and Costiera Amalfitana;

The location of the facility is convenient, located 3 minutes from the metro and a short walk from the Maschio Angioino and the port of Naples. The receptionist was very helpful before check-in and also during: she organized everything in great detail from breakfast to lunch in the restaurant next door. Unfortunately, however, the room had several defects that we found especially at the level of cleanliness: the room probably in a hurry was not cleaned completely, in fact the toilet still had the roughness of limestone and we had found a pile of dust under the bedside table on the right side of the bed. What disappointed us the most was the presence of ants inside the room, in the morning we woke up with the bedside table full of ants without having left any food on it. The last problem was at the comfort level, the shower head even though it was set at low strength, had too high pressure and therefore in contact with the body, the water hurt. We are sorry for this, but despite this we know that this B&B can give more by fixing these small things.

Struttura molto centrale a due passi da Castel nuovo, personale presente e disponibile e colazione compresa nel prezzo nel bar che si trova letteralmente sotto casa.
La stanza non è molto grande ma è confortevole e viene pulita quotidianamente, con bagno al suo interno, condizionatore e smart tv connessa a internet. Io e la mia compagna siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti perciò consiglio caldamente la Domus Schilizzi per trascorrere il vostro soggiorno a Napoli.
Ultima cosa, si trova a due passi dalla fermata della metropolitana, precisamente università. È stato un piacere.

Ottimo rapporto qualità /prezzo. Ottima posizione da cui è possibile spostarsi a piedi per visitare il centro della città. Cordialità e disponiamo in abilità del gestore eccezionale. Lo consiglierei ad amici e di sicuro se torno a Napoli pernotteremo di nuovo presso Domus Schilizzi.
