The historic B&B in Catanzaro, established in 2008, is the top-rated accommodation in the city with around 150 square meters of space. It is tastefully and meticulously furnished with attention to detail, and offers seven spacious rooms: Blu Sky 1 - double or twin, Black Sun 2 - large double, Brown Sun 3 - ultra-quiet double, Genziana 7 with kitchen +, Papaya 6 - affordable triple, Papavero 4 - single, and Azalea 5 - 24 square meter triple that is bright, quiet and very welcoming.
The property offers a 200 Mb/sec fiber Wi-Fi connection from Telecom. All newly renovated bathrooms are equipped with a shower, always kept clean, and come with a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Azalea and Black Sun rooms also have a bathtub.
The property is located near the city hospitals and has ample parking available, including paid indoor parking. It also has agreements with nearby restaurants.

Camera sporca, colazione scarsissima e non ero l'unico a dirlo, molto lontano da mare e servizi. Mai più.

Egregio cliente, mi dispiace per la sua situazione che mi lascia incredulo. è rimasto da noi per 1 settimana senza mai lamentare nulla e poi se ne esce con una dichiarazione del genere? ovviamente devo per forza di cosa puntualizzare che la camera è stata riassettata ogni mattina, pur dovendo combattere con i clienti che, come lei, lasciano tutto in giro in terra ed in ogni luogo. il personale non è autorizzato a toccare gli indumenti personali dei clienti, soprattutto in periodo di COVID. volendo anche ricordare che avete avuto una camera superior al posto di una basic pagata, anzi non pagata se non per il 15%, il resto con BONUS VACANZE. questo il vero problema di questa estate. tanta gente, come sicuramente lei, non abituata ad andare in vacanza, con il bonus lo ha fatto confondendo l' ospitalità con il viaggio dei sogni. la colazione presso la nostra struttura è pienamente confacente a quanto indicato in pubblicità, ovvero caffè e capuccino con latte fresco, the e tisane varie, 6 tipi di cornetti (liberi - ovvero a disposizione ed anche più di uno), biscotti frollini, 3 tipi di cereali, fette biscottate, marmellate (e gusti) e miele, 3 tipi di succhi di frutta, acqua minerale. va da sè che dire che la colazioen è scarsissima vuol dire essere ingordi ed esagerati, senza voler offendere ma questa è la realtà. il molto lontano dal mare è quanto da voi prenotato. nelle specifiche della prenotazione era stato indicata la distanza (da 8 a 10 minuti in auto). se poi il cliente decide di venire in vacanza in treno avrebbe dovuto scegliere una location sul mare e non in città. Credo che Lei, egregio cliente, abbia proprio preso un abbaglio, n probabilmente inebriato da una "vacanza" gratis offerta dal nostro "Governo". La ringraziamo comunque per averci ancora una volta aperto gli occhi ed averci fatto capire che a volte la troppo disponibilità e gentilezza, fa male.

Solo una notte di passaggio ma ottima impressione. Camera molto accogliente, bagno grande, posizione molto tranquilla. Indicazioni per raggiungere la struttura molto accurate e dettagliate. Nota di merito per il giardino, molto pulito e curato, in posizione dominante e con un gazebo ampio e fresco. Da tornarci.

Il miglio B&B di Catanzaro. Il gestore è persona disponibile e competente. La struttura è molto confortevole. Ottima prima colazione. Consiglio tale B&B a tutti coloro che voglio soggiornare a Catanzaro anche se è un poco decentrata.

La struttura è bella e accogliente. Situata in una zona comoda ai negozi e ai servizi della città ma nello stesso tempo tranquilla e rilassante. La pulizia è accuratissima e i Gestori danno la massima disponibilità. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Ci siamo trovati in questo B&B quasi per caso ed è stata una piacevolissima rivelazione, durante la nostra permanenza abbiamo scoperto un ambiente tranquillo, silenzioso, dal personale e dai servizi veramente efficienti legati ad un rapporto qualità prezzo veramente ottimo! Molta cura nella scelta degli arredamenti, stanze confortevoli, e molta attenzione anche nell'igiene. Ci ha colpito il giardino esterno con gazebo in legno e rilassante salottino. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente e lo consiglieremo.

Ottime stanze e soprattutto molto silenziose, pulite e con bagni ampi. Ho trovato molto confort (Sky ed Internet veloce) oltre alla gentilezza e disponibilità dei gestori, Massimo e Santina. La consiglio per riposare in tranquillità; giardino con gazebo e servizio ristorazione esterno fornito dai proprietari come catering.

Un B&B di alto livello, posizionato nel parco della Villa di proprietà del gestore. molto pulito e confortevole, silenziosissimo, con connessione wifi nella stanza e bagni ampi e nuovissimi. Siamo stati in coppia, ma il posto è stupendo. Si consiglia. noi ritorneremo. ottima anche la convenzione con ristoranti per pranzare direttamente nel B&B.

Una bella struttura, in un ambiente pulito e confortevole.
Peccato un po' per la posizione non molto facile da raggiungere.
