Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM
Municipal tax of €1.00 per person per night is applicable up to 7 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 15 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 3 days
Fresh sheets every 7 days
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €3.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €5.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €10.00
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Camera con bagno privato e colazione inclusa.
Non c’è a disposizione l’uso cucina.
Tassa di soggiorno esclusa da sommare al prezzo base del soggiorno € 1,00 per notte per persona sopra i 15 anni.
Pagamento in loco al check-in solo in contanti (non abbiamo il pos) o bonifico bancario anticipato.
A nostra discrezione, indipendentemente dal pagamento indicato “sulla fiducia”, potremmo richiedere un acconto\saldo del soggiorno tramite bonifico bancario anticipato per confermare la prenotazione.
