Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 150 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Check-out before 11:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Municipal tax of €2.00 per person per night is applicable. Children aged under 12 do not pay municipal tax
Only first linen change is provided
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €20.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €20.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost of 100.00 € per oom/accomodation
Meal preparation allowed in rooms
Guests allowed in rooms

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of small size by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, kept on a leash, with pet passport, pet sleeps in a dedicated space, outside guestrooms., pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times
- Garden
- Pets stay free of charge
- Pet damage deposit: 100.00 €
