Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 10 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-out before 12:00 PM
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Municipal tax of €3.50 per person per night is applicable
Fresh towels every 3 days
Fresh sheets every 7 days
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €5.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €5.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning is included in the price
Meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

the structure consists of 3 bedrooms. 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom (with the possibility of making it become a double upon prior request), a large kitchen for common use, a bathroom for common use.all the rooms are equipped with tv , free wifi, and welcome bottle of water.
