You may cancel your booking without paying a penalty

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-in from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM
No municipal tax will be charged
Fresh towels every 5 days
Fresh sheets every 5 days
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €5.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €5.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay

No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of small size by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, kept on a leash, with pet passport, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility

In posizione strategica facilmente raggiungibile dalla tangenziale e a circa 800 mt. dal Centro Storico, appartamento posto al 2°p. con terrazzo, dispone di 2 camere da letto: una matrimoniale e una doppia con letti singoli, bagno, posto auto in cortile interno.
