Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM
Municipal tax of €3.00 per person per night is applicable up to 15 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 15 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 2 days
Fresh sheets every 5 days
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €5.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Rooms are cleaned every 2 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 11:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €10.00
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Please contact the host before booking if you are traveling with pets

Other notes

ATTENTION: The credit card is required only and exclusively to guarantee the reservation. Payment for the stay and any additional costs or supplements must be made in cash upon check-in or by bank transfer at least seven days before arrival.
It is forbidden to smoke, smoke detectors have been installed throughout the structure. The supplement for check-in after 19.30 is 30 euros.
