Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 6 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM
No municipal tax will be charged
Fresh towels every 2 days
Fresh sheets every 8 days
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €5.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €7.00
Rooms are cleaned every 4 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €7.00
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Please contact the host before booking if you are traveling with pets

Other notes

Il prezzo e la disponibilità del parcheggio all'interno della struttura deve essere concordato preventivamente.
Non è possibile fumare all'interno della struttura,
Momentaneamente l'uso della cucina nella zona comune è limitato solo per preparare pasti per bambini.
E' possibile consumare all'interno della struttura o nell'area esterna attrezzata cibo d'asporto.
