Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
You may cancel your booking up to 20 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Completamente autonoma, Villa MarLu, si trova sul bellissimo lungomare di Bisceglie, a pochi passi dal centro cittadino. La villa si sviluppa su due livelli e dispone di un panoramico terrazzo\solarium, con vista mozzafiato fronte mare. Zona giorno con giardino e ampia veranda coperta, e, all'interno cucina abitabile attrezzata, con grande salone con affaccio sul mare. A disposizione area privata destinata al parcheggio per due auto. Accesso al mare semplicemente attraversando la strada.
