If you arrive by car, it's very easy, just 10 minutes from the highway exit, following the signs to the train station that you will find everywhere. The University and the Fair are very close, as is the Scrovegni Chapel (a "must-see"). Even the tram and all city buses stops are practically right outside the door.
Our manifesto is reuse, starting from the place where we are located: on the first floor of a converted former industrial building.

The quadruple room can accommodate up to 4 people, it has a double bed and, placed on a mezzanine, two single beds. The private bathroom with shower and toilet, wifi and TV complete the in-room services.

The environment is comfortable, quiet and very bright, equipped with independent heating and air conditioning, wifi, TV, washing machine, and everything you need for a trouble-free stay.
