Soggiorno Primavera’ is a simple cozy guesthouse, located on the first floor. It is a family run lodging, kept clean on a daily basis, which has recently been fully remodeled.
Located not far away from the central station ‘Santa Maria Novella’, behind the Fortezza da Basso and the Palazzo dei Congressi (site of the most important trade fairs and exhibits), just few minutes walking you can reach the historical center and visit the most important monuments and museums.
The rooms (five in all) can accommodate from one to three persons; some are equipped with on-suite baths while others make use of restrooms located just outside the guestrooms.
You are given the keys to your room so that you may have free and easy access to the building and come and go as you please, also during the night.
You can park your car easily on the street in front of the building, in blu lines, it is paying from 8. 00 am to 8. 00 pm, free during night, sundays and holidays.
You can park it in Fortezza parking at 20, 00 euro per day.
