The Rio Corso Holiday House is a genuine Tuscan farmhouse from the 19th century, meticulously restored to maintain its original character and the atmosphere of ancient rural homes. Located next to the main villa and surrounded by the tranquility of the Lucca countryside, it offers cozy spaces filled with historical details, where antique furniture, traditional materials, and modern comforts blend harmoniously.

The residence spans two levels and can accommodate up to six guests. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a double sofa bed, a dining area, and a kitchen, all designed by repurposing the old stable and enhancing original features such as the brick vaults, traditional farming tools, and the stone sink. The upper floor, converted from the old barn, hosts a master bedroom and a twin room furnished with restored historic pieces, as well as a spacious bathroom with a shower.

Guests can enjoy air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room with a washing machine and iron, and linens and towels provided. Outside, a large fenced garden offers ideal spaces for relaxation, featuring an outdoor dining table, deck chairs, and extensive shaded areas under the trees. Private parking and an automatic gate ensure convenience and security throughout the stay.

The location is one of the property's main strengths. While nestled in the peace of the countryside, the house is just a few minutes away from essential services, with restaurants, shops, and a small shopping center easily accessible. The train station and highway access also allow for comfortable travel to the most beautiful destinations in Tuscany.

The Marginone area, in the municipality of Altopascio, serves as a strategic starting point for exploring some of the region's most captivating locations.
