Nestled within the village of Civitella in Val di Chiana, the Casetta del Borgo is a historic residence that retains its family home charm.

The house features a cozy dining room with a large table and a fireplace, a kitchen, and on the upper floor, there are three double bedrooms and a bathroom.
For safety reasons, guests are not permitted to use the fireplace.
Please note that the house includes multiple bedrooms. If no specific requests are made, the necessary bedrooms will be prepared based on the number of guests indicated in the booking (2 guests will have one double bed, 3 guests will have two double beds, 4 guests will have two double beds, and so on). If two guests prefer two separate rooms (or three guests want three rooms), an additional fee of 15 euros will be charged for preparing the extra room, which can be paid through the Airbnb portal after the booking. We kindly ask that you communicate any such needs promptly. If there are no communications for two guests, only one double bed will be prepared.
