Palazzo Gregorietti is a brand-new establishment that opened in 2025, located in the heart of Palermo at Via Nicolò Garzilli 30, just a short walk from the main historical and cultural attractions as well as shopping streets.
Originally built in 1902, it served as the residence of the famous stained glass artist Salvatore Gregorietti. Its architectural style exemplifies how art and architecture can merge to create a work of exceptional beauty.

We offer two Superior Deluxe Apartments and a Suite Apartment with a private terrace. All are characterized by a modern minimalistic style in neutral tones and attention to detail, ensuring guests experience luxury and comfort. The entire complex features works by the Palermo-based photographer Antonio Cusimano.
In the kitchen area of our apartments, you will find all the necessary information for waste separation, along with a large drawer equipped with containers for sorting various materials.
