A fully equipped kitchen is not available. The area is intended for breakfast and ready meals.
To make the most of everything the area has to offer and get around in total comfort, we strongly recommend having a car.
- SELF CHECK-IN: By law, personal data and an ID must be submitted via a secure online check-in form, even for last-minute bookings. The process is handled by a professional service, in compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR), ensuring maximum confidentiality.
- TOURIST TAX: €2 per person per night, charged for the first 7 nights of your stay. Children under 14 are exempt.
- SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is allowed only outside.
- COT AVAILABLE upon request.
- MANDATORY CLEANING FOR LONG STAYS: For stays longer than 10 nights, a weekly cleaning fee applies, which is necessary to ensure the proper upkeep of the room.
Please remember that you are staying in my home, not in a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to help as soon as possible, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
TYPICAL SICILIAN DINNERS: We are a family of fishermen and, on occasion, we organize a true traditional Sicilian fresh fish dinner right at the property (for an extra fee). The menu takes shape only a few days in advance, based on the catch of the day. Anyone who wishes to join is more than welcome!
