LA CORTE DEL SOLE
Set on the top of a gentle hill, La Corte del Sole overlooks the landscape of the Vendicari Nature Reserve, one of the most beautiful areas of south-eastern Sicily. From the property, guests can enjoy views across the surrounding countryside, the sea and the landscapes of Noto, in a setting of great beauty and tranquillity.
La Corte del Sole was created through the restoration of an old 19th-century Sicilian masseria. The renovation preserved the authentic character of the property, highlighting traditional local materials and details such as white stone from Noto, Sicilian terracotta, sandstone from Syracuse and old terracotta roof tiles.
The result is a place with a distinctive Mediterranean character, where architecture, nature and hospitality come together in harmony.
Surrounded by the Vendicari Nature Reserve and the ancient archaeological site of Eloro, La Corte del Sole is an ideal place for those wishing to experience Sicily at a slower pace, immersed in nature and just a few minutes from the beaches along the coast of Noto.
THE ROOMS
The 36 rooms are all different and each has its own character. Exposed beams, wrought-iron or wooden beds, Sicilian ceramics and handcrafted details create warm and welcoming spaces.
The Superior rooms, some of which overlook the sea and the Vendicari Nature Reserve, feature elegant four-poster beds and individual atmospheres and colour schemes.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating, a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, telephone, minibar, TV and safe.
THE RESTAURANT
Breakfast is served in the old olive mill, once used for processing olives and grapes. The restoration has preserved the original atmosphere while introducing contemporary elements. Today, the old mill is also a versatile space used as a reading room, TV room and meeting room.
The restaurant offers cuisine rooted in Sicilian tradition, reinterpreted with a contemporary approach and a strong focus on seasonal ingredients.
The restaurant spaces are intimate and elegant and, during the warmer months, guests can dine on the panoramic terrace overlooking the Vendicari Nature Reserve.
THE FISHERMAN’S GRILL
In the evocative Giardino degli Aromi, a welcoming and harmonious corner of La Corte del Sole, one of the property’s most convivial experiences comes to life: the Fisherman’s Grill.
Around the Friendship Table, guests gather around the grill while Paoluzzo prepares and serves the fish right in front of them. Three courses of grilled fish, accompanied by side dishes and desserts, become an opportunity to share flavours, stories and moments of conviviality.
Paoluzzo loves telling stories of his adventures at sea, sharing anecdotes and memories from his life between the sea and the Sicilian coast.
A simple and authentic dinner, where the food is only part of the experience: the setting, the people, the stories and the pleasure of being together make up the rest.

By air
Catania Airport is the main airport serving the area. From Catania, Noto can be reached by car, private transfer or public transport.
By train
Noto is connected to the regional railway network, with services to Syracuse, Ispica, Scicli, Modica and Ragusa.
By car
From Catania, take the SS 114 towards Syracuse, then the SS 115 towards Noto, continuing towards Noto Marina/Eloro.
