The agritourism Puntalizzu was established in 1993 in Siniscola, thanks to the will of the Coronas family, who decided to propose the traditional cuisine of their territory. The company is located in a hilly area with the sea visible from all positions. You can book your holiday at Puntalizzu in the Caramare, Lizos, and Alinos apartments, all equipped with a double bedroom and additional beds in the living area/kitchenette, with a bathroom and a sea-view veranda, in B&B and self-catering options. One room is surrounded by greenery (Camera Suite Prètas), dating back to the founding of the agritourism: it is a typical stone building with every comfort, featuring a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and a veranda. The apartments are situated on a hill with a sea view and consist of a double bedroom, a third and possibly a fourth additional bed in a comfortable double sofa bed located in the living area. In this environment, there is a kitchen with a fridge and microwave oven, a private bathroom, and a veranda with a sea view, where you can dine or spend time in complete relaxation, accompanied by the sounds of nature and the forest. The CARAMARE apartments: each apartment has a double bedroom and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living area for two people. The sleeping area and the living area are separated by a wall that does not reach the ceiling, therefore the two rooms are partially communicating. Built following the typical architectural style of the area, with a roof made of wooden beams and crossbeams topped with a cover of reeds and tiles, the apartments are equipped with water, electricity, gas, bed linen, and bath linen, and weekly cleaning and linen change service is included in the cost. Also in the apartment, you can choose the B&B option (bed + breakfast) from May until September; from April to October, we offer the self-catering option in the apartment with the use of your own kitchen. From this year, instead of the complete agritourism menu, we offer our wine tastings and platters, as well as aperitifs and tastings of Puntalizzu wines: the white Caramare, and the reds Amistàte, Lìzos, and Ilos from the 2024 vintage. Relaxation and forgotten flavors to rediscover, and nature walks within the company, mountain biking and trekking excursions, free climbing in the beautiful territory of the municipality, some of the recipes for an agritourism holiday. Of course, the sea, located two kilometers away and reachable in a few minutes, is probably the main attraction of the area, with its fine white sandy beaches and shallow waters for safe swimming in the clearest waters of the Mediterranean, to the rocks and underwater environments that are a paradise for divers and snorkeling enthusiasts. The list of beaches is long and varied, from the "town" beach of La Caletta-Santa Lucia, which is very large with shallow waters and ends in the fishing village of Ponza where the 16th-century Spanish tower stands, to continue along the Mandras pine forest with intervals of rocks and small pebble beaches (the beach of "confetti"). The beach of S'ena 'e sa chita, with the homonymous village, joins the beach of Capo Comino, probably the most enchanting for its dunes topped with junipers, with turquoise water and the view closing in on the red island, excellent for diving. Continuing from Capo Comino, with coves and inlets, you arrive at Bèrchida, considered among the ten most beautiful in Italy. The beach is bordered to the south by the boundary with the Bideròsa nature oasis, and to the west by a wetland of great environmental value, with numerous endemic species of fauna and flora. Not to be forgotten is Montalbo, with its peaks of over 1000 meters, where there are numerous trails perfect for hiking, both on foot and by mountain bike, among ancient forests of oaks and centuries-old junipers, mouflons, and marten. Puntalizzu is located in the agro of the municipality of Siniscola, in the province of Nuoro. The entrance to the agritourism is located along the S.
