The property is located at the entrance of Iglesias, nestled within a centuries-old olive grove and surrounded by a large garden with typical Mediterranean scrub plants. This prime location allows guests to enjoy a rural atmosphere in the heart of the city.

Visitors can unwind in a natural and serene environment, away from urban chaos, while still taking advantage of the city’s amenities and the artistic and cultural wonders of historic Iglesias, which is just a few minutes away.

Iglesias is a charming medieval town with numerous ancient churches showcasing various architectural styles (Byzantine, Romanesque, Gothic, etc.) and is situated at the foot of Mount Marganai, renowned for its botanical garden and oak forests (holm and cork).

Another distinctive feature of Iglesias is its rich mining heritage, recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage site.

The city's main beach, Masua, is a true Mediterranean gem: its stunning bay with crystal-clear waters, the famous "Pan di Zucchero" rock formation standing 133 meters tall, and its spectacular cliffs combine with remnants of the local mining history, such as the archaeological site of "Porto Flavia," unique for its ingenuity and construction techniques.

The coast, with its steep rocky cliffs, also serves as a landmark for free-climbing enthusiasts.

The area is also rich in visitable natural caves and boasts an important archaeological heritage that reflects ancient civilizations (Nuragic, Phoenician, Punic, Roman).

The most significant events that the city of Iglesias offers to tourists include:
- Holy Week during Easter (religious);
- A living chess match (medieval);
- Crossbow Tournament on the first Saturday of August (medieval);
- Flag Festival on August 12 (medieval);
- Medieval Historical Parade on August 13 (medieval);
- Descent of the Candlesticks or Feast of Santa Maria di "Mezo Gosto" on August 15 (religious);
- L'Ottobrata Iglesiente in October (religious and traditional).
