Surrounded by an unspoiled countryside and harmoniously situated around the Castle of Bagnolo, the ancient farmhouses of the Malingri estate provide a retreat steeped in tranquility, history, and the scenic beauty of rural Piedmont. This property, owned by the same family for over seven centuries, spans more than 50 hectares of meadows, vineyards, orchards, and centuries-old forests, offering guests stunning views of the mountains, the castle, and the surrounding plains.

The farmhouses, stone buildings dating from the 16th to the 19th centuries, have been restored in a way that respects local architecture and their original rural purpose. Each retains authentic details such as wood-fired ovens, wells, barns, and porticos, all surrounded by meticulously maintained gardens and green spaces for guests to enjoy. The apartments are tastefully decorated in a rustic style and equipped with modern comforts, designed to accommodate couples, families, or larger groups, while always maintaining a cozy and genuine atmosphere.

The Mill, built in 1791, now serves as a charming residence overlooking a stream and enveloped by nature, featuring a working waterwheel and a private pool. Cascina Brucé is located right below the castle walls, offering a panoramic position and accessible via a private road through vineyards and woods. Cascina Castlin, built around a medieval tower, impresses with its architectural significance and a sun-soaked pool, while Cascina Bedassot, situated in the heart of the estate, is noted for its serenity and expansive views over the plain.

Each apartment includes a barbecue, outdoor furniture, satellite TV, heating, and cribs for children. Guests also have access to a large common lounge with internet connection, laundry facilities, ironing services, and a panoramic 20-meter swimming pool.

The location is perfect for those who love exploration: nearby are the artistic cities of Saluzzo and Pinerolo, the Po Valley, and the Alpine valleys of Cuneo. Numerous activities are available, from skiing to golf, mountain biking to paragliding, and climbing to tennis. In the vicinity, restaurants and shops offer a rich selection of local products, with culinary options to suit every taste.

Upon request, guests can privately tour the historic park and Malingri Castle, adding an exclusive experience to their stay within a feudal estate steeped in millennia of history.
