B&B Naturin

Via Cascina Colombaro, 2 LAURIANO | Area: hills
Declared by the Innkeeper

Our keywords are sustainability and hospitality! At the Naturin B&B, located in the historic Colombaro farmhouse, you can pick fruit in our fully fenced one-hectare orchard, meditate in the shade of the hazelnut grove, take a refreshing dip in our eco-friendly outdoor pool, go for hikes in the nearby woods, relax in our themed rooms, or read a good book by the fireplace. We look forward to welcoming you along with our rescued animals: chickens, rabbits, sheep, goats, and dogs, whom you can meet during guided tours by reservation.
We are a small rural family: Chiara and Christian, both biologists, and Gaia, our little girl. Our mission is sustainability combined with hospitality, which is why responsible travel is a must for us, both as tourists and as hosts. We wrote the book “Travel Green in Nature” to share stories of our travels around the world and our concept of hospitality.
We can’t wait to meet you and introduce you to the world of sustainability and environmental ethics during this nature-focused stay.

Our watchwords are sustainability and hospitality! At the Naturin B&B, set in the historic Colombaro farmhouse, you can pick fruit in our fully fenced one-hectare orchard and meditate in the shade of deNaturin. The eco-farm is situated in a historic farmhouse surrounded by greenery, amidst wheat fields, wild hills and woods teeming with biodiversity. We have decided to transform the ancient Colombaro farmhouse into a sustainable oasis thanks to solar panels, water and energy conservation, a synergistic vegetable garden and the reuse of materials, all combined with respect for the environment around us. We run a small ethical farm, home to animals we have rescued from slaughterhouses, factory farms and abusive conditions, to whom we have given a new, happy life, free and fully respecting their needs. We are two ethologists with degrees in animal behaviour, and we dedicate our lives to animal welfare and nature in all its forms.
The rooms where you will stay are decorated with a ‘travel’ theme, featuring mainly sustainable and zero-impact products.
You can stay in the warm African savannah, where you will find the handicrafts we have brought back from our travels across the continent of giraffes and acacia trees.
If, on the other hand, you prefer Asia and the Zen lifestyle, we invite you to choose the Japanese room, where you will be immersed in a relaxing and spiritual atmosphere that will transport you to a blossoming oriental cherry tree.

Staying with the Italian theme—or rather, the Piedmont theme—we’ve furnished an entire room for you using reclaimed wood from felled trees and sustainable, zero-waste crafts, so you can experience the thrill of staying in a cabin nestled within a Piedmontese hazelnut grove.
Finally, we have a wonderful South American-style quadruple room, perfect for the whole family
All rooms feature private bathrooms, and breakfast is included!

Breakfast is a vegan self-service buffet. This means there are no animal products on the buffet table, except for a few eggs from our rescued chickens—only if and when they feel like laying them. Milk, yogurt, cookies, pastries, and spreads are plant-based and delicious.
