Fonte D'Olio Conero Relais

Via Fonte D'Olio, 14-16 SIROLO | Area: hills
Declared by the Innkeeper

Fonte d’Olio Conero Relais is a house set amidst lush greenery, located in one of the most peaceful and relaxing areas of Sirolo. It is also just a short walk from the town center and strategically positioned for reaching the most beloved spots along the Conero Riviera in just a few minutes. This is a place designed for those who wish to experience nature at a leisurely pace while enjoying the convenience of having everything within easy reach.

The property features two recently renovated apartments, crafted to provide maximum comfort with a strong emphasis on energy efficiency. The photovoltaic system and the absence of a gas supply reflect a conscious choice, while the use of natural materials and the characteristic Conero stone in the perimeter walls create harmonious, dry, and pleasantly cool environments even on the hottest days, perfectly in tune with the local style.

Both apartments are arranged over two levels connected by an internal staircase. Belvedere Nord welcomes guests with a spacious open-plan living area on the ground floor, bright and well-organized, where the living room and kitchen coexist in a single space. There is also a sofa that can convert into a double bed, ideal for accommodating extra guests, along with a full bathroom equipped with a sink, bidet, toilet, and washing machine. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, one of which can be set up with two single beds, and a second bathroom with a shower. The rooms are air-conditioned, and the apartment also has a paved outdoor area furnished with a table, chairs, umbrella, and loungers, perfect for enjoying breakfasts, lunches, and dinners al fresco with a stunning sea view.

Belvedere Sud is designed as a more elaborate option, featuring three spacious bedrooms: two doubles and one family room, all with private en-suite bathrooms. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, mini fridge, desk, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, and USB sockets for convenient device charging. The rooms are named after the vegetation surrounding the property: Aloe, on the ground floor, pays tribute to a plant cultivated for years and often gifted to guests; Lavanda, on the first floor, is inspired by the fragrant fields of the area; and Ginestra, the family room that evokes one of the most intense and recognizable symbols of Monte Conero, whose fragrance envelops the countryside in May. The Lavanda and Ginestra rooms also feature a balcony with views of the Marche countryside, extending to the profiles of the Sibillini Mountains. Completing the apartment is a spacious kitchen on the ground floor equipped with appliances, ideal for those who enjoy living independently.

Both kitchens come with a coffee machine stocked with pods provided by the establishment. Fonte d’Olio can be rented as two separate apartments or as a whole property, accommodating up to a maximum of 13 guests. The accommodations share a communal patio furnished with tables, umbrellas, and loungers, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or hiking. Guests can drive up to the property to conveniently unload their luggage, with free parking available nearby.

The location makes Fonte d’Olio an ideal starting point for exploring the Conero trail network, either on foot or by bicycle: a perfect solution for lovers of trekking, cycling, and nature. For those traveling with e-bikes, there is a free charging point in the patio, and bike rental can be arranged upon request, with delivery and pick-up directly at the property (for a fee).

The stay includes initial and final cleaning, a welcome kit, bed linens, and a set of three towels for each guest. Additional linen changes can be arranged based on the length of stay.

You will be welcomed by a family that was born and raised in this beautiful land, eager to share tips and suggestions for discovering the best of the Conero Riviera and the Marche region, with the care and attention of those who truly love their territory.

Within just a few kilometers, you will find beaches to suit every need: from the most scenic coves in Sirolo, such as San Michele, Sassi Neri, and the famous Due Sorelle, to the more spacious and accessible beaches of Numana. In about 10 minutes by car, you can reach the Bay of Portonovo, renowned for its breathtaking views and excellent seafood restaurants.

In addition to the sea, the area offers numerous sightseeing opportunities: Sirolo borders Numana, home to its Antiquarium, and Camerano, known for Rosso Conero wine and fascinating underground caves. Nearby, you can reach the medieval towns of Osimo and Offagna, Recanati with Leopardi’s birthplace, and Ancona, the regional capital with a strong maritime character, featuring a marina and a historic center rich in sea views.
