Colle dei Lauri is situated at the top of Loreto hill, right in the centre and only a few hundred meters from the Basilica. Its unique location gives the bed and breakfast a magnificent panoramic view of the Santa Casa Basilica, spanning from Monte Conero to the sea.
The structure, consisting of a single spacious room of over 20 square meters, has every comfort inside: valuable furnishings and parquet flooring, fan, a fridge, a table, free Wi-Fi, an adjacent private bathroom equipped with a shower and complete hygiene services, towels, soaps, and a hairdryer.
You can comfortably enjoy an excellent Italian breakfast with real coffee made with a coffee pot, cappuccino, milk, tea, fruit juices, cakes, pastries, biscuits, butter, jams, and Nutella in your room.
