The Dolce Sogno B&B, located 1 km from the A14 motorway exit in Porto Sant'Elpidio, is the ideal destination for business trips, to break a long journey, or for a romantic weekend. Leonardo will make you feel the warmth, tranquility, and surreal atmosphere of the elegant structure.
The 3 recently renovated apartments with independent entrances consist of a kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The ground floor ones, Fuxia and Azzurro, are 35 m2, while the one on the first floor (Leo apartment) is 70 m2 and accommodates up to 5 people.
One in three shades of blue, the other in three shades of fuchsia, with silver-colored and black bathrooms respectively, their fine furnishings make the apartments very unique and enticing.
The third one, on the first floor, 70 m2, blue and wisteria, has two bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom, and a balcony.
Equipped with every comfort, all with mosquito nets, air conditioning, double 32-inch LCD TVs, safe, sound room (music in all rooms), and free Wi-Fi, coffee machine, minibar, and washing machine (at an additional cost), and of course the equipped kitchen that you can use, always included in the price.
Our B&B has a lovely front garden with a barbecue area and a gazebo.
Breakfast will be served at the Pergola bar, which is 100 meters away from the property and can also be reached on foot.
Please note that the bar where breakfast is served will be closed on August 15th (Ferragosto) and the first week of September for vacation.
The property has a large fenced parking lot.
Check-in can be done at any time of the day or night by leaving the keys in an agreed-upon place.
