We are currently working on restoring the facade and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please note that our establishment is a Guest House exclusively for ADULTS, with a no smoking policy and no television. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.
-Check-in is by appointment, we invite you to agree on the time well in advance.
-The rates for overnight stays are daily, and payment, along with the city tax of €0. 80 per person per night, must be made in cash at the time of check-in.
Each room is equipped with a fan; a daily contribution of €5 is required if using the AC
In accordance with the Regional Regulation of August 5, 2016, our non-hotel accommodation facilities meet mandatory minimum requirements. Cleaning and linen changes are guaranteed: towels will be changed for each new guest and at least once a week, while bed sheets and pillowcases will be replaced for each new guest and at least once a week as well. If you request a further change this is possible at a fee of €20.
Regarding the cleaning of the accommodations, it will be done for each new guest and at least twice a week, with daily tidying of the rooms and cleaning of the bathrooms.
We offer free Wi-Fi and parking, as well as the option for room upgrades.
