Imagine a typical 17th-century Lombard country house, hidden behind an ancient green wooden door in the heart of Gussago’s historic center. As you step inside, the sounds of the village fade away, leaving you in the absolute peace of a large flower garden, surrounded by a vineyard and fruit trees.
Gran Bilì is a sanctuary of art and relaxation in the heart of Franciacorta, run with true family passion. From our grand panoramic loggia, you can admire the profile of Mount Barbisone, the historic rooftops of the town center, and the Sanctuary of the Stella, all while sipping a glass of local wine.
OUR ROOMS: Choose your ideal stay
Gran Bilì offers two distinct accommodation solutions, both opening onto the hallway of the main floor with an independent entrance from the panoramic loggia. Guests of both options share access to the common lounge (featuring a TV and breakfast area) and the stunning 17th-century loggia:
• The Suite (Double Room with Private En-Suite Bathroom) :
The perfect choice for couples. A spacious, light-filled double bedroom featuring its own private en-suite bathroom, designed to offer you ultimate privacy and relaxation.
• The "Combo" Solution (From 1 to 5 guests with a Dedicated Private Bathroom) :
The ideal flexible option for families or small groups of friends. This choice allows you to book up to two adjacent rooms (tailored to your group size). These rooms are served by a private bathroom for your exclusive use, located in the hallway just outside the bedroom doors.
Please note: When booking this solution, the hallway bathroom will be reserved solely and exclusively for you and your group for the entire duration of your stay; it will never be shared with guests from the Suite or anyone else.
BREAKFAST
Our breakfast is designed to give you ultimate freedom with no scheduling constraints. Every evening, we lay out everything you need right in the common lounge: you will find a selection of pastries, seasonal fruit, yogurt, bread for toasting, homemade jams, and local honey. When you wake up, you can enjoy it in total autonomy and relaxation, perhaps outdoors on the panoramic loggia.
Upon advanced request, we are happy to arrange savory options or accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies.
SURROUNDINGS & EXPERIENCES
Gussago is strategically located for visiting both the historic city of Brescia (just 8 km away) and the beautiful lakes of Iseo and Garda. Setting off on foot directly from the B&B, you can walk along beautiful trails through vineyards up to the Sanctuary of the Stella or explore the nearby Parco delle Colline.
Just minutes away, you will find the Torbiere del Sebino Nature Reserve, Monte Isola, and the world-renowned Franciacorta wineries, ready to welcome you for tours and tastings. The area is a true paradise for cycling enthusiasts and food lovers alike, famous for its traditional osterias where you can taste the celebrated Brescian Spiedo. We will be more than happy to personally recommend the best itineraries and dining spots in the area!
PARKING
Please note that the property does not feature on-site parking. However, several free public parking options are available just a short walk away. We recommend setting your GPS navigation to "Osteria Alba Chiara": inside the tavern's courtyard, you will find a very convenient and free municipal parking lot. Additional free parking spaces can be found nearby at Piazza San Lorenzo and Piazza Vittorio Veneto.
