The house is very bright thanks to its double exposure and floor-to-ceiling windows. It is quiet and located in a pedestrian area. It is near Sempione Park, a green oasis in the heart of the city, and a short distance from the Triennale Museum and Sforza Castle. Access to the house is via a long private balcony adorned with wisteria, jasmine, roses, and blooming calla lilies. The building features an internal garden, a typical feature of old Milan, a style that has almost disappeared. The house is spread over two floors, totaling 220 square meters. The upper floor (third floor) includes two double bedrooms with air conditioning
and a large bathroom. The lower floor (second floor) has two bedrooms and two bathrooms WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING, BUT WITH FANS.
The living room, kitchen, and dining room are a private area used only by those renting the entire house. A truly special place for discerning guests. The building does not have an elevator; the house is located on the second floor. However, there is a lift for luggage, and access to the second floor is easy.
In the courtyard is the annex, a recently renovated detached house perfect for couples and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay in complete privacy.
