Access is autonomous via an intercom code and Key-box details provided the day before arrival. The entrance leads to a spacious 20-square-meter bedroom and living area, featuring a panoramic north-facing balcony overlooking Station Square. The kitchen provides access to a second service balcony (south-facing) and the bathroom, which includes a $70 \times 120$ cm shower. All spaces are bright and quiet. The fifth-floor location ensures excellent privacy and an enviable view of the square below. The living corner is ideal for work, while in the warmer months, the balcony is perfect for watching the city buzz by with a fine glass of wine.
